I recently purchased three different sheet sets from this company, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. One of the sets they prepared for me was completely wrong — a different color and design than what I ordered. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of acknowledging it or offering a reasonable solution, they refused to take it back and insisted that I bring it back myself. What made the situation worse was the rude and dismissive attitude. They were fully aware that I was flying out that night and could not return to bring it back, yet they showed no understanding or willingness to help. Their customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly very rude. After this experience, I can’t recommend this company. Mistakes can happen, but the way they treat their customers speaks volumes. I won’t be buying from them again.
