واقعا چهار ستاره براش کمه. ما سه شب اینجا بودیم. هر روز میان اتاقو تمیز میکنن. اتاقا خیلی آروم و ساکته. ریسپشن انگلیسی صحبت می‌کنه. نزدیک اینجا هم ایستگاه اتوبوس هست میتونین راحت همه جای شهر برید. رستوران هم دارن که هم غذای خوبی داشت هم دسرهای خوبی. اتاق بازی هم دارن. صبحانش هم سلف سرویسه تقریبا همه چی داره.

سلام خدمت دوستان عزیزم هتل بسیار تمیز زیبا با پرسنل عالی هست در این هتل صبحانه بسیار خوب هست رسیدی عالی هست اینترنت عالی در کل مدتی که این هتل بودم رضایت داشتم فقط اتاق کوچیک بود

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay and made us feel truly welcome. Everyone was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Mariam, who is truly the best. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was efficient and exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 15:45 and were informed at reception that our room was not yet ready due to a high volume of guests the previous day. This was quite surprising, especially for a brand like Ibis, where a smoother check-in experience would be expected. Unfortunately, no form of compensation or gesture was offered for the inconvenience, and we had to wait approximately an hour before our room was ready. Additionally, when we tried calling reception around 11:00 PM to report that the TV was not showing any channels, there was no response. The in-room phone appeared to be non-functional, making it impossible to reach the front desk.

Hotel na prawdę godny polecenia. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokoje sprzątane dokładnie. Pyszne śniadania. Jak kiedyś wrócę do Tbilisi to wiem do którego Hotelu 😃😁😃😁

It was not a good experience. I stayed at the hotel for three nights and the first night the temperature in the room was too high and it couldn't be changed, it was very difficult to sleep. I informed the staff at reception but there was nothing they could do, the system was not working properly and you aren't even allowed to open the window due to security reasons. The second and third nights were better because the weather was also not so hot.

Мне в этом отеле нравится все! Я выбрала его чтобы пожить МЕСЯЦ по учебе! Вкусные завтраки, по рясающее место положение - хожу пешком, до учебы 20 минут до технического университет, 35 минут до центра! Номер чистенький, уютный! Постель меняют каждые 2 дня! Полотенца всегда белый и свежие!

Çok güzel lokasyon, fiyat kalite performansı harika. Aile için çok uygun. Personel kaliteli. Özellikle kahvaltı alanında hizmet verenler çok güleryüzlü. Viktoria adında bir personel harika İngilizcesi, mesafeli samimiyetiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. Keşke ön büroda da onun kadar iyi Türkçe bilen biri olsa.

One of the selected hotels I told my friends and family to stay. Although it’s away from the more popular tourist spots of “Old City”, this hotel was only 20min walk from Central Square with trains and Metro which was a mere few stops to the “old city”. Corner SPAR mini market was so convenient. Next door was an Auditorium where beautiful music lulled you. The entrance of IBIS was off the side of a grand building. And what a welcoming sight to behold as the bright cheerful interior of IBIS immediately lifted spirits. The place was joyful, fun, energetic and staffed by the most enthusiastic and hospitable receptionists I ever met. They were polite, spoke good English, helpful and accommodating. Special shoutout to Sheshe, I was impressed with this hotel, I extended my stay. Breakfast was excellent. Free cold and hot water dispenser on every floor. Highly recommended hotel. Oh yes! Say hi to the cutest resident cat and dog 🤗🤗 :-))

Lovely stay at Ibis Tbilisi Stadium. We spent 4 days there, and all the receptionists were always ready to help. They even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Thanks to Giuna and MJ

Eşimle birlikte 13 Kasım sabahı otele giriş yaptık. Rezervasyon saatimize daha vardı ve ücreti karşılığında odamıza erken girdik. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşa Rusça bilip bilmediğini sorduk ve Rusça olarak cevaplayarak bilmiyorum dedi. Rusça bildiğinden emindik. Başka bir akşam barda otururken söz konusu arkadaşın Rus bir grupla anadili gibi Rusça konuştuğuna şahit olduk. Hemen hemen Tiflis’in bir çok yerinde bu durumla karşılaştık. Gençlerin Rus vatandaşlarına karşı fazla önyargılı olduğunu yaşlı gürcüler bize anlattı. Nedeni 17 yıl önce iki ülke arasında yaşanan gerginlikmiş. Tatil herkesin ihtiyacıdır. Savaş siyasetçilerin işidir, insanların değil. Bu durumu ibis gibi ulusal kimliği olan bir otele yakıştıramadım. Çıkış yaptığımız gece resepsiyonda görevli Anna ve mavi saçları, güleryüzüyle tebessüm etmemizi sağlayan Tatya’dan dolayı ve ayrıca House Keeping Keti Codezdzishvili’ye çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Güleryüzleri sayesinde az da olsa evde olduğumuzu hissettik. Olmadıkları zaman hep mutsuz yüzler gördük. Ayrıca ismini bilmediğim kediye de çok teşekkür ederim. Worst ever hotel experience in my life. For some context im still staying at this hotel and already feel the need to post a review. I booked 3 rooms at this hotel and it's been a nightmare. First thing there is no bell boy service at the hotel which I found later that no IBIS hotel has this service (thought this was weird but okay). Let's discuss the rooms, there is no waste bin in the room so all trash need to go in the washroom bin. There are no tooth brushes in the washroom (can be purchased for 8GEL which we did) the rooms are tiny and there are absolutely no drawers or cupboards for storing anything. 2nd day we found that bedsheets are only changed once every 4 days (REGARDLESS OF NEW OCCUPANCY OF THE ROOM!) also they dont vacuum the room. There are no water bottles, no tea or kettle and no room service. One of our rooms has an always heater, which makes the room a living sauna, I asked for a room change but that was declined and we were told that a tech would come and take a look at the fan next day (never arrived). To conclude, avoid this hotel at all costs, never have I experienced such issues at any hotel in any city. First and surely the last IBIS hotel experience. Never again.

The hotel has a good location and the Wi-Fi works perfectly, but there are several issues that affected our stay. Stray cats wander around and sit everywhere, leaving fur and dust almost everywhere you go. Our room wasn’t cleaned for a full day, and there were no trash cans or tissues provided. The room itself was very small for two beds — it felt cramped and hard to move around. The walls are thin, so you can hear almost everything happening around you. The food is mild and could be improved. Overall, an okay stay, but definitely needs better cleanliness and comfort.

Lokalizacja super przy centrum, blisko placi fontann .Sprzątanie ogranicza się do wyrzucenia śmieci. Śniadania identyczne, bardzo skromne , jajecznica z proszku jajecznica. Wiecznie brakowało wody na herbatę, owoców. Ekspres malutki, non stop olbrzymie kolejki po kawę. Wieczorami mega głośno, ryczące głośniki, potworny zgiełku, nie do wytrzymania , jakieś wieczne konkursy i quizy

Otelin konumu ulaşımı çok rahat odalar temiz ve çalışanlar çok sevecen oıık ve vika özellikle bizimle çok ilgilendi emekleri için teşekkür ederim

Otel şehir merkezine biraz uzak konumda yer alıyor. Odalar temiz, hizmet gayet iyi. Çalışan arkadaşlardan OLIK’e güler yüzünden ve ilgili olduğundan dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Çift kişilik odalarda tek kişilik havlu koyulmuştu. Kesinlikle çözümcül değiller. Söylediğimizde gece görevli yok yarın halledelim diyip yine de yapılmamıştı. Kahvaltı orta düşük derecede ısıtması iyiydi. Orta halli kalınabilir bir otel. Balkonsuz ve sigara içmek için otel bahçesine inmeniz gerekiyor.

I stay 3 days in ibis Tbilisi stadium. The room is good and staff is very nice. I have enjoyed at bar , Mr.Guga give me the best service.

Rooms are nice and good Location is very nice Metro is 15 min walking distance Supermarket is just next to the hotel Bus station is the front of the hotel Hotel has not any bellboy for the carrying luggage. Breakfast menu is limited and all days almost same.
