Worst service ever, their customer support team is not answering well my consignment is on warehouse from 4 days and they didnt contact us. They update fake follow-up on their site and the consignment delivery will not on time also. I am connecting with toll free number from 2 days and there costumer support team just filling the complaints only not taking actions about it. Still didnt get proper answer and costumer support from their side.

Never book material from this TCS Express place. They charged extra money without giving any explanation. When we asked for clarification, they arrogantly told us to cancel the booking and take the material back. The behavior was completely unprofessional, especially from Abhishek Singh, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Highly NOT recommended.

Very Worst Service. No sense how to talk with customer Especially Raju Yadav.

Worst service Never give them any parcel

Third class bhi nahi bol Sakte service hi nahi hai 1 week se parcel aakar pada hai bhej hi nahi rahe Or call bhi received nahi karta koi banda

Worst service and experience ever.. Totally unprofessional and unauthentic staff, recieved my parcel after almost 20-25 days. Their so called manager /supervisor Mr. Rakesh Tiwari asked for money to placed my parcels and most important they theft my few items from the parcel.. Totally unsatisfied !

I was so afraid after reading the reviews but to my experience, it’s a good service. I opted for the self pick up option. They picked up the call in one go and when we went there, the staff behaviour was also good, helped us with our parcel and even helped us keep it in our car which was parked on the road. 😊

No any contact no available and online available no is unreachable.. no proper service .

Very pathetic service by TCI, Book the material from Ahmedabad to Surat. 1. They keep material 2 days at Ahmedabad hub and 3 days to Surat hub and after 7 - 8 days also still material not getting delivered. Not getting support from the their HO as well as local team. Better go with another transport.

Not very happy with service, as my consignment reached to this office 3 days ago but no information or intimation from their side. Have to come and pickup consignment by own as they said home delivery is only done when they will have full delivery vehicle. Not very satisfied with service.

I booked my consignment on 4th of october by Air cargo from Nalagarh to surat today on 7th of october i cant received my parcels they told me the your parcels are @Ahmedabad and possible to be delivered on 9th of october. unbelievable service by TCI EXPRESS. . too much worst services.

Third Class Service Order Not Deliver Order In Serviceable Area..Very Worst Experience.. all contact numbers are switched off.include call center girls.. i think he have to change his tag line "tci express leader in late express service wait wait wait" instead of "leader in express" .. it is totally third class service.  in market we have so many options. mistake from us for choosing you guys for this.. thanks for late delivery...

Third Class Service From 15 Days Order Not Deliver Order In Serviceable Area. Very Wrost Experience Not very satisfied with service.

Worst service provider ever, do not ever send material via TCI, No proper communication system. Material gets misplaced and delivery is never on time.

Very bad services less than local transport ,no phone calls no mail response , no door delivery ,isme mat dalo mal fas javoge bhai,
