Crappy people and crappy service .including the AVP Mr. Pabitra Mohan Panda, Devender, Mr.Punia, - short story Confirmed the amount - Amarjeet- quoted 1500-2000- details shared for pick and drop at Ara. Parcel picked 7-8 pm- mail sent Devender to share the builty and price-no reply- got builty from my men at Karolbagh- 3800/ lsent mail what's app Pabitra Panda Devender, .to remove ODA and client will pick from Patna warehouse- yesterday 8th client calls Ara - 30-40 calls then Dubey picks- asks to come and receive - today client reaches Patnae - Dubey asks for 3800/ conference call Dubey and Devender - they needed to update the tracker - so simply asks to come again tomorrow- Dubey asks to receive at Are and pay here and informed he sent the goods to Ara . Then you Dubey why you called the client to Ara . To show your face.. Devender refuses..so does Mr. Punia says tomorrow they will see..and forces to rec I've at ara and pay the amount.now comes the big shot AVP Mr Panda...after sending messages, he replied he sent the mail to Patna and asked me to get the pick up done from Patna warehouse, so now after staying there for 4 hours after being called by your agent he will come tomorrow again to pick it up... You really shouldn't be AVP for giving this advice and suggestions...he will pay you your invoice at Ara and receive the shipment there. Instead of wasting Amy more time with you disaster people. And learn to respond to query and leave your job sit back at home giving free advices to worthless people like you have all around in TCI... GOOD LUCK worst company and annoying people.
