Worst delivery service...I wish I could give zero...my parcel was booked from gujarat till kalimpong for which they said charge would be 1000 till siliguri and 2200 till kalimpong which was fine...my parcel was sitting in siliguri for a week which they did not even inform and when I called they say they don't deliver to kalimpong ...and have to send through some third party ...I told them I'll come to siliguri to collect and when I came to siliguri all the way from kalimpong to collect the parcel ...they still charge the same amount that is 2200 ....i had to waste my time,money and energy to do their job ...and that lady dant know how to talk with the customer..... I can only stay away from tci express ...they have no regards for their customer

Worst service please don't use tci express

One of the worst transport to deal with .......their staffs are not cooperative at all.....my shipment was scheduled to be delivered on 10-10-25 their auto driver called me regarding the delivery and I asked him to bring 3-4 labours with him to unload my material...and they denied by saying that we are just supposed to give delivery by your premises and I have to manage the unloading hence, I agreed and called them back for the delivery and the transporter is now showing me the aggressive attitude if they will have time then only they will deliver otherwise it will be rescheduled..........................now no more bookings in TCI by my side and I will not even suggest anyone TCI to deal with......

Its good, big godown. Transportation services some slow and also delivery service. If you want to send small materials then plz don't use it. If you can brought it from godown then its good for you. Because they didn't delivered small materials in home or office. They are waiting for some vehicle or big materials delivery then they will send your small materials with that vehicles. And last things please carry your stamp or id proof otherwise they can't give you for godown delivery. . . . . ........... ........... In google map two location has showing but one is wrong, right one is where is open showing. All the best for this series. .................

Very poor service. Takes days to deliver a courier from a nearby place, yet overpriced. Customer care only receives calls but no feedback is provided in any problem and courier is stuck at a location for days without any response.

Delivery date 16th March product came late then they call for delivery then no one picks up the call from office then I went to the office they say we don't know apko baad pe milega. Disgusting service

Use TCI only if you don't have any other options. No responsibility no commitment, it's your own risk, when the material would reach and delivered, would be short or not. Nothing is impossible here at TCI

Bad service. Never go for tci express. Tci express losser in express. Alway late in trasport.
