Most 3rd class transportation services.Delhi to Kolkata booking date 4 august today 14th August, still my shipment is stop at Rewari No customer support, arrogant behaviour.

They provide very poor service. Charged extra Rs 300 for one day hold of product. Which is unexpected and unkind. If they delay the product they don't compensate but if you receive it a day later they charge your extra. Will never ever ask my supplier to send goods through them. And will not recommend anyone.

Location is good, service also good, due to pocket lockdown in different areas, at present, services affected to a great extent. Ample parking area, even large tracks/vehicles can reach here to deliver goods. Overall excellent service at an affordable rate ~

This is a big godown in north Kolkata side....all staffs are very helpful.but sometimes I noticed that material despatch counter executive has lack of their interest in their duties.

My material has been mishandled in such a way that my wooden packing box has been broken at their godown destination point, Gurgaon several times.
