TCI EXPRESS LIMITED - MAYAPURI

Worst service by TCI mayapuri. Their manager rajneesh is irresponsible and have misplaced 2 boxes out of total consignment of 4 boxes and never took any responsibility to trace the same. Do NOT boom from tci mayapuri as the office staff will take your money and then forget that they have to deliver as promised. It has been 2 weeks and consignment is still undelivered though their docket says within 4 days!!??

TCI express office here. Before booking from TCI please share your nearest pin code, otherwise they randomly take any place for delivery.

If you ask for the rates, they don't even respond to your reminder mails. I don't know why owner is not looking at the service level which their staffs are giving. Such a pathetic service. Never hire!

none of the numbers are working, the entire TCI should change their tag line from leaders in express to losers in express. i wish i could band them, you guys dont deserve to be in service industry . pathetic service.

Don't even respond to call. Whole of the world delivering consignment to Delhi Airport but they did not find the address neither contacted for clarification. Such a pathetic service. Never hire!

Bekaar service, no one can contact them. Number mentioned in their visiting card also doesn't work.
