ട്രാൻസ്‌പോർട് കോർപറേഷൻ ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യ.. നല്ലൊരു പാർസൽ കമ്പനി ആണ്.. നോർമൽ ഫീസ്, പഞ്ചാബിൽ നിന്നും 2 ടയർ 3 തീയതി ഓഡർ കൊടുത്തു... ട്രിവാൻഡറും എത്തിയപ്പോൾ 24..തീയതി അയി... തിരുവനന്തപുരം പവർ ഹൌസ് റോഡിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു..

Since the minimum is 1 star I had to give this. They have the worst customer service from the customer care till the driver. The staff don't know which driver is going for which area. They are just acting too smart when we ask them to send our parcel. They have such rude customer service, we pay them so much and the least we expect is for them them to deliver our products. They say "we promise for a timely delivery" which they clearly fail. Don't think I have come to this conclusions just by 1 delivery. I have been facing this problem right from the beginning. We have had enough of this, we pay them and inturn we only lose our patients. Out of all what really irritated us is the way the customer care people behave. We say , " think from the customer care perspective" well it is hight time that they need to think what will they do. If it were the them in our shoes!

Concerned Staff not in where house. From 12 pm to 1.30 no one is responding properly. Customers need to Wait long time. Very poor customer support. Trivandrum branch poor performence

Transportation and facilities are good and verything is fine but the staff who dealed me is not pefect pls make necessary arrangements in trivandram TCI. The male staff who deals with me is always in phone call I think he has some realtionship and not getting enough time to make phone calls.. Waited there for about 1hour without any other customers.

I had my SUV's radiator delivered by TCI last week (from Bikaner to Trivandrum) . It arrived in good condition. The tracking information was very helpful. The personnel were very helpful on the phone. I opted to collect it from the office myself and the staff were very cooperative. Thank you.

One of the worst experiences ever. TCI freight and TCI express show same address on google but they are apparently different. Their office is a godown where they took a lot of time to finish all the formalities. They said it will take one week to reach the destination but it's been more than two weeks and I still haven't got it. When I call the offices they either don't pick up or just say we will send. Do not use this service.

They don't give value for customer's time. When I called them today for half an hour I heard busy tone. Ya, it's a office number think about it...! Then after some time it rings but no one to pick up the call. I wonder, from where they learned professionalism. Terrible and pathetic service.

Highly disappointed. Slow delivery. Rude behavior. elderly men are working all 50 years plus

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BAD STAFF IN ANY PARCEL SERVICE. WHEN PARCEL WAS UPSET ABOUT THE DELAY , THERE WAS A BLUE SHIRTED MAN A LOT OF VULGAR TALKING AND SPITTING.

Expensive and not so great customer service. Better avoid

All staffs are cooperative. But loading union staffs are arrogant. Overall Good Experience.
