Worst experience with TCS Freight. The service felt completely unprofessional, and getting any kind of proper response from them was almost impossible. Delays, lack of communication, and zero responsibility made the entire process a total waste of time. I will definitely think twice before choosing their service again.

Worst service and really unprofessional. My first package box was completely torn out and all the items we out of the box and damaged. Second package reached Nelmangala booking 7 days ago and its stuck there since then, no response from their phone number or email and nobody cares about your package as if they are delivering free of cost. Never go with TCI.

This was the worst ever transportation experience I have ever had. These guys made me run up and down for silly reasons. They never answer calls and very arrogant behaviour. A lot of hidden costs like handling charges, loading and unloading charges. Very disappointed

I have ordered True shield hand sanitizer from Haryana Factory (From manufacturing unit directly) and shipping fees was already paid at Haryana only but when I went to Nelamangala to receive the parcel ,they asked me to pay again .I told them I won't pay since it's already paid but finally I had paid Rs.70 (in the name of Godown handling charges) and for that they didn't give me any bill ,it went directly into their pockets. I tried to call customer care number of times but every time they made me waiting for some time and finally call used to get disconnected. It means that they don't care about the complaints and customer satisfaction ,just they want money. Unprofessional, unethical, unorganised and does not deserve Even for "Zero" star

Worst transportation sevice ever seen hopeless staffs they don't care about the parcels full of damages and dents if we ask about the damages they will say .ask the another office at the end nothing will be done for them we r the looser .that to they prices r 2 folds excess comparing to other parcel services .if u r planning to think about tci freight never ever choose .

Worst courier service. A package from UP to Blore took 15 days after being shipped. Worst part is that the courier was in Bangalore for 6 days and I had to call each TCI branch to see where the package was. Their customer care or customer care email ID do not work. NEVER Book their services. You will repent

Irresponsible people are manning this center. Don't book any material through tci which is going through Melmangla transshipment center. You will nit get the material in time.

It is place to park the truck coming from all over the country. Need improvement in parking decipline. Cleanness need to look after by all agencies involved for maintaining the city.

Worst courier .. i booked my items from assam to Bangalore.. and the locks of trunk box was broken .. and my items were missing.. after lodging many complaints ... they didnt do any thing
