We sent samples for hardness testing and duly informed the lab via mail and telephone also. It took only 4 days to deliver the samples at their location but after weeks of follow up on telephone , they informed that they received samples. We waited another week for lab report and then enquired about it with lab. We were told that lab is yet to perform test. Another 10 days passed and they didn't sent us report on mail or courier. Again after enquiry, they told us that report is yet to be prepared. Very pathetic service.

Extremely low and no knowledge of testing. They asked us for the code as they did not know hot to perform the test. This was not informed in enquiry phase. Then they give results that do not pass the code. Then the technicians ask for "extra favours" and ask customers to come on their site to teach them how to perform testing. HORRIBLE SERVICE! STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!
