Took a pistachio drink from Tea Time Wakra around 11:05 PM on November 1st. Asked for medium sugar, got something that could power a candy factory instead. When I politely asked if it could be changed, the waiter’s enthusiasm was… let’s just say, resting comfortably at zero. The body language clearly said, “your problem, not mine.” We were seated inside after having our meals, and my friends visiting from Australia and Singapore were excited to try Tea Time — a name we thought meant service and quality. Unfortunately, what they’ll take back instead is a sweet reminder (literally) of how customer care can disappear faster than sugar in hot water. Surely, Tea Time can do better

One of the best tea time in Qatar. They are providing varieties of sandwiches, fresh juices, shakes and Karak. The ambience is fantastic and service is good from the staff. The parking is bit challenging and too crowded at the road due to less space at the road.

Evening 6 to 11 PM very crowded, difficult to find parking. Visiting with family at these hours will be a mess. The iconic Food taste is fantastic. Karak tea and paratha egg wrap is my favourite.

The place offers delicious tea at a very affordable price, making it a perfect spot for a quick break. Their sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, but the real standout is the chilli chicken porotta roll absolutely outstanding! The staff is friendly and the service is quick, which makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hangout with great tea and something more exciting than the usual snacks, this Tea Time is a must visit.

Tried to taste fresh milk tea.Placed order to prepare for 4 persons. Taste was very bad i never had experience like this.Felt 1 riyal karak is better than this fresh milk. Not expected like this taste from tea time.Quality really disappointed.

As usual the food is good. My experience was quite ok because it was Dine in . If you want to have something from Tea time I suggest take away is far better then Dine in. Staff and atmosphere is quite busy or distracted. No doubt the food is amazing, but having dine in customer service is also important.

Tea is good, service is good. If you look at their menu it looks like its a rip off from McDonald’s and KFC. But they have done a decent job. I tried a sandwich and fries. Fries was nice. But the tea was even better. The ambience is nice and boisterous. There is ample parking space.

Their Karak is addictive. We always order chicken paratha sandwich and chicken 65 sandwich. They are always tasty and fresh. Their spicy French fries are also very good.

TeaTime is my all time tea place! With multiple outlets across Qatar, it's now my top choice for tea & snacks - no other option even crosses my mind! Their prices are incredibly affordable and offer great value. What really sets them apart is their revolutionary takeaway service. I've never seen such efficiency and speed! Just order, pay, and grab it - it's that fast! No waiting, no delays, just perfect!

I usually visit Tea Time every morning for breakfast, but lately, the service has been really disappointing. The staff don't take orders properly - it feels more like self-service. They seem to give more attention to families or groups while ignoring single customers like me. I've supported this place regularly, but being treated like this is quite unfair. Every customer deserves the same respect and service. I really hope they improve their attitude and start treating all customers equally.

We friends visited there to spend some quality time in good ambience around 11 pm, the area is bit crowed with more vehicles outside and the seats were slightly occupied. We waited for 1 hr to take the order, no one was caring to the seating area and every staff was only taking care of the peoples ordering from the car. its fine we thought its ok they are very much busy and might not seen us waiting over there even though we waved several times to the counter and spoke with one staff to take the order (but he went back, never came back). They i made a call to their counter by sitting inside the shop itself, requesting to take the order, even then no one came to take order. They finally someone saw us from the counter after all of us making waving to them. And the sandwiches were not good as it felt like made in hurry, not as expected. I strongly recommend not to visit them in busy hours especially, and try some other branch of tea time.

طلبت اليوم دله كرك ٢ ل لاني متعود على طعم تي تايم من الفروع الاخرى ، بس طلع الكرك خفيف جداً من لون و طعم بعتقد هذه غش لان اضاف ماء للكرك ليزيد الكميه، بصراحة رح تكون تجربه من Teatime باستثناء البيرميو كركهم مختلف نوعاً ما

The waiters just simply ignore you. There is a lot of parking issue and on top of that they will not even give u eye contact or assure that they will assist u. Arrogance or ignorance

مطعم تتعب تقول انه ممتاز وفروعه كثير وكررت التجربة اكثر من 3 مرات ولكن انتبه من العمالة اللي ياخذون طلبات السياره اذا شافك مو قطري يرفع السعر ريال ولما قلتله ليش انا دايم اجي المطعم خلاص انا راح انزل اخذ الطلب بنفسي قالي خلاص ايش طلبك فنزلت للمطعم وقلتلهم العامل اللي برى مزود السعر ريال ولما ساله مديره نكر انه رفع السعر بس يشفعلهم ان الاكل لذيذ واهم شي لا تنسى الكرك

There is a big gap between the menu they present and what do you get in reality. That’s how it looks corn flakes with milk and Nutella with banana paratha

Very disappointing experience at Tea Time. The tea boy saw us waiting but ignored us completely, choosing his phone over customers. If this is their idea of service, I won’t be coming back.
