I am writing this review to warn others about the unprofessionalism and lack of integrity displayed by this modular kitchen manufacturer. I am an architect and placed an order for my own residence, expecting a seamless experience, but it has turned into a nightmare. The primary issues faced: Incorrect Material & Incomplete Order: Several components delivered did not match the agreed-upon specifications. Despite paying for a complete kitchen, the order remains unfinished with several parts missing. Substandard Hardware: The quality of the hardware provided is poor and nowhere near the "premium" standards promised during the sales pitch. Zero Post-Sales Service: Once the payment was collected, the team completely disappeared. I have made repeated attempts to follow up for rectifications and to complete the pending work. Unresponsive Management: Both the owner, Mr. Deepak, and the site manager, Mr. Pratik, are not responding to my calls and messages. There is absolutely no accountability or intent to provide service or fix the blunders they’ve made. It is incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, especially when dealing with someone’s home. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a modular kitchen to stay away from this agency. They are quick to take your money but will leave you with a sub-par, incomplete product and no support. Avoid at all costs.
