Serious Warning – PG in Techno Heights, Matunga (4th Floor, Opposite Ruia College) To anyone considering a PG in *Techno Heights* (right behind DP’s and directly opposite Ruia College) think twice before you commit. I lived on the 4th floor PG for a year, and it was genuinely one of the worst decisions I made. The place may seem decent from the outside, but what awaits inside is a filthy environment, constant restrictions, and an arrogant, mentally exhausting landlady who makes life miserable. She monitors your every move, doesn’t allow use of the fridge, stove, or even basic things, and blows up over the smallest things. One of my flatmates, who was unwell, used the stove just to heat water and she screamed at him with zero empathy asking who gave him the right.(FYI - He did ask for the permission a day prior), That level of control and inhumanity is beyond frustrating. Before finalizing PG in that building especially on the 4th floor you can connect with me for more info* Don’t let the location fool you. What looks convenient from the outside can turn into a daily mental struggle. Your peace of mind is worth way more. Choose wisely.

It's in the Hindu colony. Dadar. Surrounding buildings are Look like heritage building. Very calm and quiet place. Good locality
