I recently purchased a gaming PC from Techno plaza, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with my purchase. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the delivery was timely. The staff Mr. Ashif Ashraf at the store were extremely knowledgeable and helped me to choose the right PC for my needs. He walked me through all of the technical specifications and made sure that I understood everything before making my purchase. After I received my PC, I had a few questions about setting it up and getting started. I reached out to the store and they were more than happy to help me out. They were really patient and took the time to walk me through everything step by step until I was comfortable with using my new gaming PC. Now that I have been using my new gaming PC for a few weeks, I can confidently say that it was worth every penny. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is smooth and responsive. I have been able to play all of my favorite games without any lag or glitches. المحل و مديره فيصل حراميه(من البداية وانا اتعامل ويا المدير و هو ساس البلى)، عن تجربه من ٢٠٢١ - ٢٠٢٢، عشر شهور وله مبلغ لازم يدفعه لي وهو يتعذر و يسوي عمره مسكين. خلصت اعذار الدنيا ولا خلصت اعذاره. واذا مادقيتله يوم واحد قال اوه اتحراك ماتبي الفلوس. يذلك ذل ع الدرهم. ماخذ عنه شاشة عليها ضمان وختربة و رجعتها قالي بصلحها ع الضمان، ولا صلحها ردها نفس ماهي، اشتكيت عليها ف حماية المستهلك بدلي الشاشة. لا تثقون فيه ابداً. Never trust the manager Faisal. He’s a scammer and layer. Had a bad experience with him for 10 months with his laying and bad excuses to send my money my rights. The only way to let him do something right is going to police station straight and open a case or he’ll never do things right + he’ll keeps humiliating forever.

Update: Yusuf was great and offered me a replacement when I brought it in to the store after a relatively short period of back and forth over the phone. They made me a great custom build 3080 at a good price, and my new 32" monitor is beautiful. Will be shopping here again. They sent me a defective monitor (with physical damage) then claimed it was my fault.

I wanted a PC for 3D applications and after visiting many shops and chatting with a number of sellers in dubai and sharjah, Asir from Techno Plaza gave me the best quote. He was very helpful right from the start, he was very responsive in whatsApp for all my queries. He was also helpful when I asked him about purchasing RAM from a different store and helped me to check its compatibility with the PC he assembled for me. Im happy with my purchase and will be coming back here for my upgrades.

Good pc from Dubai techno plaza i make one pc was would like to give a testimonial to My PC Techs: I just priced out a computer with them where I needed multiple screens (4), the fastest components possible and the retail price was $8,500+. Since they're Dell partners, that computer priced out at $4,800 + tax. If you're looking for the right computer for the best price, you need to speak to them - I can't say how impressed I am. Especially Asir, we had a very big conservation in WhatsApp, big thanks for you my friend, you assist me a lot with my pre build set up. Guys I’m suggesting this shop for sure to everyone who’s trying to build his own pc and techno plaza will help you a lot with it. No need to order from USA, in techno plaza you can find all details and it’ll be almost the same price. And the guys which are building pc are so professional with this work. My opinion 5/5.

0 After sales support. Bought an MSI motherboard off of their online shop. Manufacturing issue was found. Contacted them and they said to contact MSI. MSI says to contact the shop you bought it from. Techno plaza ghosted me after that

Great place. Frindly people. Very good service and trust worthy. I bought my gaming desktop computer and Asus laptop from them and since then I have been always going back for upgrades and with friends to build for them thier computers. They also deliver to you if you are not able to go there. I order twice and I got my goods on the same day. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Worst item delivered simple as choosing an item and delivering it's too hard for them understand.. expect charge for wrong delivery and asking you later to pick up the correct item
