Dubai Production City by TECOM Group

Not a bad place overall. It's well maintained and kept clean. Access to public transportation is a very big challenge. Plan your trip very carefully if you aren't driving. A lot of media production companies have their operations in this area. Another factor to consider is the lack of public rest areas like park benches and what not. I guess they don't want you lingering but if have to wait for a taxi for 30 minutes like I did, it would be nice to do it while seated.

Great place, easy access to highway. Most tourists places are 15 minutes away. The entrance and exits are only 2, so that's bottlenecked every morning and evening going out and coming in. Mind those extra 20 minutes to half hour on your usual commute.

Calm place to live or to start up an office.

Unfortunately, noone warning that living in this area is dangerous for health due to sewage treatment plant in very close distance. I am extremely disappointed that Dubai government allows such place inside the city and noone care about people living there. Dubai government made Expo 2020 and announced a lot about Eco system poisoning people having bad treatment plant inside the city. Avoid this area!!!!!

Four point by Sheraton Very calm and Hotel prices are reasonable

No much pulic transport and that's good as bad the same time. Area is building still. I like the small lake and pedestrian tracks for running.
