It's been a year in this Building. It's a very decent place with good maintenance and security system. Chiller free and spacious flat. Connectivity to various places is really good. Gym is decent enough but equipments are very old. Pool is shallow. Building management Team are very prompt with their responses.

Pros: Large flats Clean and well-maintained Free chiller Good maintenance response time Good mobile network coverage Semi-closed kitchen Need access card to enter the building and access the pool and gym Cons: Not brand new Small gym with limited equipment Small and shallow pool Not pet friendly Overall, this building is a good place to live. The flats are large and clean, and the maintenance is good. However, it is not brand new, If you are looking for a large, clean, and well-maintained flat in a good location, this building is a good option.

Large flat. Safe and friendly neighbors.The gym is a bit messy and some things are broken,other than that everything is good.

Their maintenance is the WORST I have ever seen in Dubai, If you call them to complain they hang up on you. I do not Recommend anyone to rent from them.
