Their customer service is terrible. Don’t trust them and order anything for special days. I paid all the money and placed an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. On Valentine’s morning I called them because we had to go out for other work, but they didn’t answer any of the calls. At least they should send a delivery receipt or contact us, but there was nothing at all. If an order doesn’t arrive on a special day, it becomes completely useless. They should at least inform a time for delivery or ask whether the parcel was received. None of that happened. Very bad customer service.
