I am experiencing issues with your CIABOC A&L software. The issue occurred on Sunday, 14 June 2026. The saved and submitted fields under the Loans section are missing when the record is opened again. Information that was previously entered and saved is no longer visible. This is a serious concern, as submitted data should be accurately retained by the system. The loss of records may affect the completeness and accuracy of declarations. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the missing records be restored as soon as possible. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the corrective actions being taken.

Had some small OTP problems today but managed to get through in second resend attempt. Hope the data is well secured. Also people should not stay until last minute to fill this. Until yesterday was working well probably high load today

I honestly expected much better from a system built for the CIABOC application process. I spent so much time just trying to get past the OTP verification, but the OTP either arrived very late or didn't work at all. After waiting for a long time, the website would sometimes become unresponsive, forcing me to start over. It was really frustrating, especially when you're trying to submit important documents before the deadline. From a technical perspective, it feels like the system wasn't designed to handle the number of applicants accessing it at the same time. If you're developing a platform for a nationwide government service like CIABOC, you should expect heavy traffic and build the infrastructure accordingly. Proper load balancing, scalable servers, reliable OTP delivery, and well-tested authentication shouldn't be optional.they're basic requirements for a system like this. The idea of moving the CIABOC process online is great, but the execution was disappointing. I hope the team behind this system takes the feedback seriously, improves the infrastructure, and properly stress-tests the platform before it's used for another large-scale government application process.

Extremely poor service. The CIABOC website repeatedly fails during OTP verification, preventing users from completing important submissions. Long waiting times, technical errors, and lack of reliability make the process frustrating. A system handling government services should be much more dependable and efficient. Major improvements are urgently needed.

Very disappointing experience. The system handling the CIABOC application process appears poorly designed and unreliable. In 2026, it is frustrating that a government-related platform still struggles with basic OTP verification and authentication processes. Applicants are left waiting for long periods without clear feedback or support, making document submission unnecessarily stressful. A platform that serves the public should be stable, efficient, and user-friendly. Significant improvements are needed in system reliability, OTP delivery, server performance, and overall user experience.

Very bad company. They cannot even build a system with otp verification. Eg- ciaboc

They have created the CIABOC official site for the purposes of asset declarations for citizens in Sri Lanka. That site is the worst site. wasted whole two days still cannot get an OTP timely. And if we do not submit it timely, we will be fined. So never ever give a project to these guys

OTP not working in CIABOC site. Only worked in second attempt after 30 minutes. Better if resend OTP is enabled after 10 minutes. The application overall is smooth and userfriendly

CIABOC site totally sucks. can't even select "Nationality". Yesterday email verification failed.
