TEPfactor Dubai

I visited TEPfactor Dubai with both my family and friends during the first week after school started, and it was such a great choice for a catch-up. The concept is really fun and different from typical activities — it combines teamwork, mental challenges, and some physical tasks, which kept things exciting the whole time. We were laughing, competing, and genuinely enjoying every moment together. It’s a great place to reconnect, whether with family or friends, and do something interactive. The experience was well-organized, and the variety of challenges makes it suitable for different preferences and energy levels. Highly recommend for groups looking for something fun and memorable in Dubai!

Such a fun and unique experience! The challenges were exciting and a perfect mix of physical activities, logic, and teamwork. The whole place is very well organized, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the experience. Definitely a great spot to visit with friends or family in JBR. Highly recommended!

Brought our group of 14 to Tep Factor Dubai and had a brilliant time! Huge shoutout to Jess and Dior, who made the whole experience. My Daughter had her 9th Birthday at Tep Factor and she loved it! ‘Best birthday party place ever!’ Is what she said. The staff were amazing, helpful, patient and fun. The set up is great, rooms are varied and at different levels of ability. All the kids had fun! The birthday set up was brilliant, balloons and everything were spot on, better than I thought. The staff were very helpful in organising, flexible due to current situation as we had to change dates. All in all I would highly recommend for a kids party and may even go back with my adult friends for a different activity. Thank you

A great place for families to enjoy a fun and challenging obstacle course experience. The environment is engaging, well-organized, and suitable for all ages. A special shout-out to the team for their excellent customer service, especially Jessica, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience !! Our family enjoyed it so much !! We were stuck in Dubai JBR for new years celebration and wanted to find some nice family activity, this was one of the best memories we have had together in Dubai, we did buy the tickets in advance, Jeffrey and Evona were so nice !! We had an absolutely amazing time at TEPfactor! There are over 20 different rooms/challenges + all the special rooms that you can unlock at the end! The challenges are of different nature: physical, mental, logic, puzzles… It is such a fun activity to do in a coupe or in a bigger team! The staff is fantastic too! Everyone is super polite, nice, friendly… great people really! I would recommend it 1000 times! There are also lockers and changing rooms available.

One of the best venues for a complete team building experience. But what makes it real fun and happening are the staff members - Jeffrey and Chiz. With them the experience goes to the next level. I am glad to have met them and will organise many more events here. Much recommended and special thanks to the both of them.

One of the best places in dubai to visit and you will find the most entertaining, friendly and welcoming staff here.. hats off to you guys for all the hard work and dedication towards your jobs… you guys are simply the best especially Mr Mufasa & Ms Dior (but this appreciation is for all the other members too unfortunately i do not remember all the names) 🙏🤍

I had a really bad experience speaking to John at the reception. We walked in at 8:50 asking for 1 hour play and they declined entrance. Which I don’t mint but before leaving we were trying to reason with them saying if you close at 10 we can still play for an hour. They said no we close at half an hour. I then asked to play half and hour and they said it’s not possible. To which I explained to John that they should update the timings online to close at 9:30 instead of 10 if they close at 9:30. To which John replied “it’s not my problem”. I found that very rude. I explained him to I work in retail and if we close at 10 staff leave at 10:30 to close up. But regardless, with customer service experience it’s extremely rude to say it’s not my problem to people. Jeffrey on the entrance was really nice and polite and was explaining everything with great charm and kindness. John however needs customer service skills because saying to people “it’s not my problem” when they’ve nothing but polite it very rude. Mind you, we’ve been to tepfactor multiple times before and didn’t expect this service.

Best birthday celebration for my daughter. The staff and the guide were extremely supportive and friendly. Helped us at each and every step of the birthday party. The team was extremely supportive in terms of guiding us throughout the games and and how to tackle each challenge. The party area was set by the team beautifully. There was our party leader who helped us in cutting the cake and serving to all of our guests. The challenges were exciting and we had lot of fun completing each and every task. Will definitely come back to complete to the final zone.

Such a fun team building experience. There are many varying challenges that challenge patience, fitness, skills and logic. The team there are so friendly and make it such a great experience.

Challenges are awesome, it will really test everything in you. They have skills, logic, physical and patience challenge. Very engaging. Staff are so friendly to the point that they help us solve the challenges when it was really hard for us. Will definitely come back.

1 There is no explaination what to do in room 2. There must be guide for each toom 3 not worthy for money vs time 4 . You cannot do more than 4 rooms in 1 hour out of 26 rooms 5 . Proper instruction is not there 6. Complete chaos 7

We went for my friend's birthday. The staff were all male. They hype whenever somebody reaches for the trophy room. They were friendly and assisted us very well. Even helped us to gain points lol Only thing, it was so hot in each room. The AC was not enough. Good thing they have sanitiser in each room too. I wonder how thoroughly they clean the rooms, the props and each button.

We had a great experience as colleagues trying out these challenges. @Chaiz was great in pumping up the whole group's energy and conducted the team building event with great enthusiasm and clarity.
