AVOID Tes Electric Scooter at all costs! We bought the scooter for our daughter on 15-01-2024, and it started showing issues with the charger within a few months. Despite multiple service requests, the problem persists.
The worst part is the service team's behavior. Recently, when the issue recurred, the showroom provided a service number, and a guy claiming to be a service representative visited our place. He rectified the issue, but it reappeared the very next day. When my wife called him up, he denied servicing the scooter and behaved rudely, shouting at her. When I intervened, he spoke to me in the same manner, refusing to take responsibility.
What's alarming is the company's attitude. They seem more focused on defending their service team than resolving the issue. This raises questions about their customer service approach. As I analyzed the negative reviews, I noticed a pattern:
1. They never admit mistakes or apologize to customers.
2. They always defend their team and try to prove the customer wrong.
This behavior suggests either the owner is not fully involved in service issues or the service team is inadequately trained. Either way, this behavior is unacceptable.
We're seeking legal advice and strongly advise others to think twice before buying from Tes Electric Scooter. The company needs to take responsibility for its service team's actions and improve its customer service.
Verified Details:
- The service number was provided by the showroom.
- The service representative visited our home and rectified the issue.
- The issue recurred immediately after the service.
Request to the Owner: Please investigate this matter, take responsibility, and take corrective action against the service team. Listen to your customers and try to understand their perspective instead of blindly defending your team.
Please consider this as a response to your reply
Dear Tes Electric Scooter Team,
We appreciate your prompt response, but we're shocked by the inaccuracies and lack of accountability in your statement. The claim that our home was unoccupied when the service person visited is false. CCTV footage shows the service representative arrived at 2:31 PM and rang the bell, but he left immediately without waiting for anyone to answer. Our daughter was upstairs and opened the door at 2:34 PM, but he had already left the premises.
This raises serious concerns about the integrity of your service team and the veracity of your company's statements. The main issue remains unaddressed: the service representative's rude behavior and refusal to take responsibility for the recurring problem with our scooter's charger.
We request a personal apology from the representative and a clear plan to prevent such incidents in the future. We also expect a thorough investigation into this matter and action taken against the representative for their behavior and falsification of facts.
We have attached the CCTV footage for your reference, which clearly shows the events that transpired.
Best regards
Sandeep
