Very good hotel and excellent staff, polite, orderly and friendly, especially Mr. Obid and Roy, who are very professional in their work. Thank you to the host who has paid attention to all the details for the comfort of the guests. All amenities were provided for the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding service from Zanuar at Envy restaurant. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel right at home. His warm smile and genuine attentiveness to every single customer were incredible to watch. He anticipated every need and followed up flawlessly on every request. It’s rare to find hospitality this dedicated. Zanuar didn't just provide great service; he elevated our entire experience at the hotel. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the hotel during the Eid holiday and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel itself was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. The family swimming pool was a bit small, but it was still nice and enjoyable. The only disappointing part of our stay was the dinner. We had booked four rooms on a half-board basis, and all of us were dissatisfied with the dinner buffet. To be fair, the hotel team handled the situation very well and offered us pizza, burgers, and shish tawook from the à la carte menu, which helped a lot. However, I believe the management should seriously reconsider and improve the dinner options for half-board guests. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Khadija at the reception for her kindness and professionalism, Vladimir, the Russian restaurant supervisor, Mohamed Hatem, the Egyptian waiter, and the Filipino supervisor, who was also extremely helpful and attentive. In general, the entire restaurant staff were friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. Despite the dinner issue, we had a lovely stay and created wonderful Eid memories with our family. We would definitely consider visiting again.

I recently stayed at Th8 Palm Hotel and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Aqib at the reception, who was exceptionally courteous and professional. He greeted me warmly upon arrival and went out of his way to assist with check-in and local recommendations. His friendly attitude really set a positive tone for my entire visit. Overall, excellent service, great location, and a warm atmosphere, I’d highly recommend staying here, especially thanks to the wonderful hospitality shown by the staff.

we have stayed for two nights and everything was perfect! the hotel location is excellent, amazing staff and very friendly always willing to help with a smile ! specially the hotel receptionist ms. kaddijatou! she helped us a lot with the check-in and extending our booking, we are so thankful to her!the room and the balcony view is so nice, great facilities, enjoyed the beach and the swimming pools the most! breakfast buffet was amazing and theres many different choices! overall everything was wonderful would love to comeback there again.

A true gem! The rooftop area with its infinity pool is small, exclusive, and wonderfully peaceful – exactly the right place to completely unwind. Everything is perfectly organized, and the service is first-class, attentive, yet pleasantly unobtrusive. The entire property is impeccably clean and maintained with great attention to detail. Particularly impressive: each pavilion is separated from the others, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and undisturbed relaxation. The view? Simply breathtaking – it hardly gets any better than this. For us personally, it was the best experience ever. An exceptional place with a highly dedicated team that made this stay truly unforgettable.

We just checked out after Eid vacation with family. The hotel was clearly understaffed to take up the crowd. 1. I paid AED 700 to upgrade ourselves to half board. We were initially denied for dinner then came back later stating it was human error. There had no apology. 2. The food options for dinner was not impressive. 3. The housekeeping number will go unanswered for hours. 4. On check out day I asked for water bottles at around 9am but never received. 5. I asked for help to take my luggage back to the car, they promised to send someone quickly. Since nobody turned up even after 30 minutes I took them myself. I got a check out call exactly at 11:58 am which is the only thing happened during the course of our stay. The hotel is modern, rooms are excellent, the house cleaning done very well, the pools are nice, there are play area and kids activities are good - these are real positives.

I always get very nice warm welcome from Wajahat when arriving. We exchange chat and i always get info about car placement. Wajahat is really first contact when i arrive and always put smile on my face. Love your facilities and staff is always friendly, professional and welcoming. I always mention to friends or when we talk about hospitality topics at workplace. Thank you for being very consistant and i hope employees also enjoy working in your lovely atmosphere. Thanks again. Despite some initial disorganization at the entrance and during valet service, as well as noticeable crowds at the reception, our overall experience at the hotel was truly enjoyable. From the moment we settled in, we were able to relax and fully appreciate everything the hotel has to offer. The room was very charming, with a beautiful view and a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere – perfect for rest and unwinding. The pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It was well-maintained and inviting, and we happily spent a lot of time there enjoying it to the fullest. Breakfast was another great aspect – varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. All in all, despite a slightly hectic first impression, the hotel provided a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We would gladly recommend it and would consider coming back again.

When we arrived, i was patiently waiting for the vallet to assist us, but he just skipped us and proceeded to assist the next car. I just called his attention and he asked me if i already brought down our luggages. The same guy who scolded my 3yo toddler from playing with bubbles in the lobby instead of talking to her properly. The sheets were okay and neat, the bathroom was clean, however the carpet is dirty and obvious mess can be seen on the floor(please see pictures). The only redeeming factor is the check in staff and pool staff were really nice. The breakfast was okay. And the amenities were really great. Having a kids club was a plus. We had a great time but would look elsewhere for a better hotel.

We had a wonderful Christmas brunch at Envy Restaurant. Everything from the atmosphere to the food was excellent. What really stood out was the quality of the dishes. Envy clearly focuses on quality over quantity, and every item was well prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding and truly elevated the experience. Special thanks to Zanuar, Zinzin, and Vincent for their attention to detail, friendliness, and helpful attitude throughout the brunch. They made us feel very well taken care of. It was a festive and memorable Christmas celebration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

We had a really memorable Eid break at TH8, made even more special as we celebrated my brother’s birthday. Our Arabian Sea View Room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, perfect for taking photos and relaxing together as a family. The hotel also has a beautiful beachfront view of the Palm, which made the stay even more special. We enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, especially the pools, game areas, and the beach. Dinner was good, and breakfast had the right balance of salads, breads, cereals, and unlimited coffee. It wasn’t overly extensive, but everything was well-prepared and just right. The customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Room service was quick, and when we needed help with the TV, a technician came right away. The team went the extra mile by surprising us with balloons in our room and arranging a complimentary birthday cake for my brother, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to the staff who made our stay so smooth and enjoyable. Ayman at reception took great care of us from check-in to check-out. Vincent and Mutase at the restaurant were warm and welcoming, Abhibjet kindly captured lovely family photos during breakfast, and Edith ensured everything came together perfectly and made sure we had a truly relaxing holiday. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would love to come back again.🤎🤎🤎

Today was the last day of my vacation, and I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is amazing, with beautiful views surrounding the property that made the experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options and plenty of choices to suit every taste. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. I sincerely appreciate their hospitality and professionalism throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Jamir, who provided outstanding service during breakfast and always made guests feel welcome. The Fluid Club has a fantastic atmosphere and a really enjoyable ambiance. Apart from the slightly warm temperature, everything else was perfect. The staff there were also very friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Jobin, who recommended a burger called Bonnie and Clyde. To be honest, I was a little confused about the name at first, but the burger itself was absolutely amazing. It was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of savory umami. The outside had a beautifully caramelized, crispy crust, while the inside was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My compliments to the chef for creating such an exceptional burger. Overall, everything was excellent, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. Thank you to everyone for making my vacation so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future. See you again soon!

Fantastic beach club with an amazing pool and great atmosphere. The setting is beautiful, the pool area is clean and well maintained, and the vibe is relaxed but lively at the same time. Food and drinks were excellent, and service really stood out. Special thanks to Odzu and Penny — both were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. I had an amazing stay at Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Vignette Collection. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located on Palm Jumeirah with stunning beach views. What truly stood out was the cleanliness and housekeeping service, Shahul and Ripon was taking care room, The room was spotless from the moment we arrived — fresh linens, perfectly arranged bed, clean floors, and a sparkling bathroom. The housekeeping team maintained the same high standard every day, ensuring fresh towels, neatly organized amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail and professionalism of the staff made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. You can clearly see that they care about guest satisfaction.

After a major overbooking issue at our original hotel left us stranded late at night, we arrived here as a complete surprise. What could have been a travel disaster was transformed into a highlight of our trip, thanks to the incredible team at this property. The absolute standout was Mr. Simba, the Night Manager. His professionalism and genuine care were nothing short of "magic." Despite our late, unplanned arrival, he took full control of the situation, ensuring we weren't just accommodated, but truly welcomed. He went above and beyond to provide a level of service that felt sincere and personalized—turning a stressful night into a seamless, high-end experience. Beyond the service, the hotel's vibe is electric. The pool area is easily the property's best feature; having a live DJ right by the water creates a high energy that transitions perfectly onto the attached private beach. It is the ideal spot for anyone looking for that perfect blend of luxury and a vibrant social scene with a good crowd mix. If you want a hotel that actually understands the "hospitality" in hospitality—and offers a world-class pool and beach experience—this is the place. A huge thank you to Mr. Simba for making us feel well taken care of without any hesitation or "red tape" from the moment we walked through the door and for the genuine care that goes far beyond the standard check-in.

A Perfect Holiday Made Possible by Incredible People Fortunately, I have already had the chance to stay at many five-star hotels over the years, but this hotel truly stands out for having one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Every single member of the staff creates an incredibly warm, friendly, and almost family-like atmosphere, which makes the stay feel very special from the very first moment. We are especially grateful that my father, who uses a wheelchair, was able to fully enjoy a complete and truly relaxing holiday thanks to TH8 Palm. Both the excellent infrastructure and the continuous special care and attention we received throughout our stay made a huge difference. Honestly, we have never felt this comfortable and well taken care of anywhere else while traveling with my wheelchair-using father. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with parents or grandparents as well. The room layout was absolutely perfect: very spacious, thoughtfully designed, with separate sleeping areas and handrails everywhere. Everything was extremely comfortable and convenient, which contributed greatly to our overall amazing experience and made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. I would also like to personally highlight a few team members. First of all, Johnny and his co-manager partner at the beach club, who paid attention to every small detail and always made sure we had a secure and comfortable spot by the pool, allowing my father to use it safely at all times. Special thanks as well to Penny, Sendrick, Alex Ong, and all the lifeguards at the beach club. They were consistently kind, friendly, and incredibly professional — without a doubt the most helpful staff I have ever encountered in my life. Last but not least, Ali from Guest Relations, who always greeted us with the biggest heart and the warmest smile whenever we met him in the lobby or in the restaurant. His kindness truly made our days brighter. I am extremely grateful for this unforgettable experience. Thanks to the outstanding service and care we received, we will definitely return, and I 100% recommend TH8 Palm to everyone. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a five-star rating. The check-in process was significantly delayed, which created a poor first impression and reflected a lack of organization and efficiency. Furthermore, anyone who has stayed in other hotels across Dubai can easily recognize that this property falls well below the standards typically associated with five-star hotels in the city. Compared to many other hotels in Dubai, the facilities, service, and overall guest experience do not justify its five-star classification. Based on my experience, I would not consider this hotel to be on the same level as other genuine five-star hotels in Dubai.
