Very poor management of the building. The toilets are always dirty, water drips on my face when entering, and even after many complaints nothing was fixed for weeks. AMIR from reception is rude and unprofessional, and security only creates problems instead of solving them. This place does not care about tenants or clients.
The receptionist Amir speaks very rudely and unprofessionally. Instead of helping tenants and visitors, he tells people things like “open it yourself, it’s not my business,” and even threatened me with fines when my client mistakenly parked in the wrong place. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
The security staff are also not supportive — they do not open the parking gates for my clients and speak in a disrespectful manner, making them feel unwelcome.
As a tenant running a business here, this situation creates serious problems for me and my clients. Management should pay attention to how reception and security treat people, because it affects the reputation of the whole building.
