Absolutely rubbish store! I have been buying 3-4 Bisleri cans every week from them for the last 8-9 months, offlate they refuse to deliver saying you are not buying anything other than water from us, so it's a loss. All these useless conditions they should have stated in the beginning. And for his joy I need to buy things I don't need also. Absolutely useless management and staff.

Went in search of Coconut Milk which is surprisingly not available anywhere else nearby. Very well stocked. Helpful service by the staff & quick billing. Friendly staff.

Absolutely pathetic experience. This so-called "supermarket" is a joke. I wouldn’t even call it a store — it’s more like a dumpyard of expired goods and zero accountability. Shelves are stocked with old, stale, near-rotten products and not a single staff member seems to care. It’s like they’ve completely given up. The staff? Totally clueless and incompetent. Billing takes forever — I waited over 25 minutes just to find one small item, only to be cut off by someone else while the cashier stood there lost, fumbling like it was their first day. And don’t expect anyone to help you — they’re either absent or outright rude. This location is a disaster. Disorganized, understaffed, and operating like they’ve never heard of basic customer service. Honestly, it should be shut down. I’ve seen roadside vendors run more efficiently than this place. Big Market management: either revamp this wreck from scratch or pack it up and move out. You’re being crushed by competition next door that actually knows how to run a store. This place is a sinking ship with no captain and no crew. I used to be a loyal customer — now I wouldn’t shop here even if everything was free. Avoid this place like the plague. You deserve better.

I bought some snacks here yesterday worst of worst taste and prices are sodifferent from the pack to the prices they use here they are pasting high prices on the real price image..here is the pic..better not to buy snacks here

You will get all essential items but pricey

A better supermarket in the area for purchase all essentials for home. They do have home essentials to stationery gifts skincare haircare products and even other utensils and vessels almost everything needed for home or a hostel student. The staff's are very friendly and really helpful in making us find the product that we search. The staff's here speak kannada, malayalam, hindi and english, so it's easier for anybody to communicate to them and get help. Had a nice experience shopping here.

Worst market in kodigehalli I buyed a vaccum cleaner for ₹199 and it's not working I put charging for 5 hours but also not working if I asked for exchange/return they said not possible. Do not buy electronic items here after. This is complain and taking action on them.

Wide range of products... But priced.... Parking and traffic 🚦⛔ issue

You get all most all required for you monthly groceries here. Prices are as per MRP only. Vegetables store is bit costly compared to other stores. Here you can even get stationary for kids, plastic items, toys, cookware, appliances, gift item's, glassware, and many more.

Worst service and ugly behaviour

I have been shopping here ever since it opened. The place is reliable and honest. The have great delivery and a large variety of products. It surpasses its next door neighbour completely in my opinion. Worth a shop if you live in the area. Only downside is they are closed for part of the day every Friday, but that hasn't bothered me yet.

Electronic items available on good rate

Fairly attentive staff when needing help to buy a full range of products. Market needs to courteously implement mask and distance rule with all customers. Also needs to provide a good ventilation inside to make the shopping free of sweat and stuffiness.

Worst customer service, even staffs can't able to understand basic english, facereaction seems like they are giving goods for free kept card in table, person who packing gift there has no manners at all.
