We recently celebrated my daughter’s first birthday at Bloomsberry, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The food was absolutely top-notch—every single guest mentioned how much they enjoyed their meal. The staff were incredible; they were supportive, attentive, and genuinely amazing throughout the event. I also really appreciated their transparency with the bill—no hidden fees or overcharging, just honest, high-quality service. While I won’t name individuals because I know so much of the magic happens behind the scenes, the entire team deserves credit. Highly recommended for any special occasion!

This was a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely old and poorly maintained, with a strong foul smell in both the bathroom and the room itself, making it very uncomfortable. The lighting was inadequate and made the room feel dark and depressing. The TV was slow and not properly set up. Based on my experience, the reviews do not reflect the true state of the rooms and facilities. Overall, the stay fell far below expectations. Significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency are urgently needed. I would not recommend this property unless major changes are made.

Hotel is perfect for longer stay room and service was good location is also good but it takes little more time to reach hotel beacuse of little trafic. Overall its a perfect hotel to stay.

Great food , loved the chicken friend rice and butter chicken , a very unique flavour tobthe butter chicken chicken is kinda enjoyable cuz it have crispy coating which is good and gravy is buttery ,,

Good hotel. It is a new hotel with good restaurant and good staff. But when i asked for extra water they told me it is chargeable. The food was good with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non. Although the location was not good. It is opposite of a petrol pump and far from city.

I've stayed there a couple of times, liked it...that's why I booked again. This time was bad 👎: Cockroaches in cupboard, room & bathroom. No hot water after 8pm. Leaking wash basin Was extremely disappointed...felt really let down as I had recommended it to my friend and associate. Both of us had a tough time managing the roaches and lack of hot water Wish the management would look into this. One positive point: good restaurant, good food and friendly hotel staff.

Hotel is awesome location and rooms are nice, cleaned and staff was very sportive and helpful, service is very good.👍

I have stayed there couple of times, nice hotel and rooms

Was on a solo trip and stayed here just for a night. Booked a Deluxe room but got a free upgrade to an Executive room during Check in, which felt good. However, when I checked with one of staff on the difference between the two rooms he said, only the Executive room has a window in the bathroom. I failed to understand how that could be an exclusive feature and a differentiator. Usually it's the room size and all that's different. Anyway, coming straight to the Good and Bad. What's good - - The room is decent and spacious. - Good sturdy mattress. Not too firm and not too soft. Not the cheap soft mattress that makes you feel like you've sunk into the bed. - Good location and easily accessible. - The booking came free complimentary breakfast and Lunch/Dinner. More on this later. What's bad- - The A/C in the room was very noisy even on the lowest fan setting. This could be bothersome. - The bathroom is quite small. The washbasin was placed in an odd way. - I don't think there is car parking facility. - Restaurant service could be improved. When I went for the so called complimentary dinner, they gave a MAP plan menu. But I didn't want anything from it so ordered from the usual menu. They said since I didn't take anything from the MAP menu, I can order from the usual menu as complimentary causing some confusion. There was some back and forth by the waiter due to this. -Facility maintenance could be improved. Not at the best of shapes. Broken tiles and a towel stand that's not fit properly. Attaching photos. Although they call it 4 star property, I think it's between 3 and 4. That's all.

Had a great stay at Hotel Blooms! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The food at their restaurant was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant. The hotel's location is convenient, and the overall ambiance is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kochi!

Rooms look beautiful and well maintained. Room service is also very efficient. We stayed for couple of days and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Also, the location is very accessible to infopark. Buffet had lot of options in the cafeteria. The front desk pricing is very different from online pricing and front desk people don’t match the online price at all, even the one being shown at their own website so if you’re getting a good deal online, this is a good place to stay. Also there is a banquet hall at first floor so if your room is at 2nd floor, you will hear the noise /music vibrations till 10-10.30pm.

**Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service** I booked 2 rooms on Priceline as part of my international travel. My family, including 2 infants and 2 kids (ages 5 and 9), arrived at the hotel after a long journey, only to be told at check-in that only one room was confirmed. The staff insisted I contact Agoda, their booking partner, even though I had no direct dealings with Agoda—I booked through Priceline. Instead of showing courtesy to a jet-lagged family with young children (especially when rooms were available), they left us stranded, forcing me to pay again for the missing room while trying to reach Agoda, who were unresponsive. This lack of empathy and poor handling of the situation was unacceptable. The rooms themselves were just "okay." One had suspected mold, and the electric iron in our room didn’t work. It took over 25 minutes to get a replacement, which we couldn’t even use due to our check-out time. The only positive aspect was the helpful security and staff who assisted with parking and moving our belongings. The front desk’s lack of professionalism and empathy ruined our experience. It seems they depend more and prioritize corporate bookings over individual travelers. I won’t be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Had buffet lunch, its a regular lunch, there was no Kerala rise served. Dishes are tasty. But price is over. They have parking behind 😀

Used be the best property with suite went there many times few years back, after a long gap I went here worst experience, lot of staff change and manager I think his name is vishnu or something is the worst. They are not looking after the property suite rooms became trash staff was the best thing about this hotel without even having parking. Never ever going back.

The review is about their restaurant Bloomsbury. I went there for lunch with my husband. The service was average, they looked very busy with a group that was coming in. We ordered a biriyani and noodles+chicken dish. Biriyani was a little flavourless so we packed the dish. We ordered a chicken 65 instead and I found washing steel wool scrubber contents in the chicken. Luckily I didn't swallow it and picked it from my mouth. I am a pregnant lady and it could have ended up badly. I did report this to the waitress, there was no apology. The service staff came back and when I asked she said she has informed. Food was average and the service experience was not great at all. Would not return.

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical whether to book or not. Still I went on and booked this hotel. I must say the hotel was very clean and the food was amazing. The complementary breakfast had few options but still it’s worth it. I booked for dinner too online and it had so many options. The room was very big and clean. The washroom was clean too. I don’t know about the previous reviews but I visited last month and it was clean and good. You can book this place without any second thought but the location is far from the main town though
