I need customer care email or complains number I bought this for my sister husband as a gift in my home country we are surprized about this result after wearing shoes one time just one time honestly this was not my 1st experience and previous ones was so good and no complaining tried to call the store but the number is not working how to submit a Complaint?

I visited the Skechers store to buy ladies’ shoes, but the experience was very disappointing. The female staff were busy using their phones and talking to each other instead of assisting customers properly. They did not seem to know which shoe sizes were available and simply said only the last pieces were left. Later, I searched myself and found the required size in the store. When I asked the staff about this, they had no proper answer. Very poor customer service and lack of product knowledge. Overall, a very bad shopping experience.

Best shopping experience! I needed comfortable shoes for work and the staff at this location were super attentive and knowledgeable. They guided me to the perfect pair of memory foam sneakers.

كانت معاملة الموظفين سيئة للغاية، وعندما تحدثت إليهم لم يستمعوا. أعاني من إصابة وأحتاج إلى نوع معين من الأحذية، وإلا ستتفاقم الإصابة بشكل خطير. تحدثت إليه بشأن الإصابة، لكنه لم يستمع وأعطاني أحذية غير مناسبة، مما زاد من سوء حالتي. عندما ذهبت لاستبدال الأحذية، طردوني وقالوا إنها ليست مشكلتهم. وانتهى بي الأمر باستخدام الأحذية. The staff's treatment was very bad, and when you speak to them, they don't listen. I have an injury and need a certain type of shoe, otherwise the injury will worsen dangerously. I spoke to him about the injury, but he didn't listen and gave me unsuitable shoes, which made my injury worse. When I went to exchange the shoes, they kicked me out and said it wasn't their problem. I ended up using the shoes.

It’s a big outlet for sports shoes and other sports accessories. Huge collection with discounted Offers. Sizes matters.. some time u won’t get the size what u like ..

Today we have bought 2 mens shoes.The staff in the gents section was rude and unwilling to assist properly. He showed only three shoe options and refused to open more boxes. We took time and effort to visit the store, and this was the worst service we have experienced. Very disappointing. We also did not find any customer care contact number on the bill, however, the salesperson’s is written on the bill as Ramshad. Management has to take care of this, and people who are visiting try to bring it immediately to the manager. This is why I am sharing this feedback here.
