Yeah but looks very much like the same design as the previous building that was going to be built on the same plot for Union Properties but got stopped because of COVID and then the plot was sold to another developer. Did they use the same architect for this new building?

I just bought a unit, i live in Motor City and i have been seeing the progress of this project, am sure they will handover verysoon, cant wait to see the unit i bought.

The structure is really good and excellent and really luxury.
