The Offices 3, One Central

Lovely buildings, situated in downtown Dubai. Makes one want to go in to work! No car parking as I recall, although there's a paid car park across the road at approx 20AED per hour.

The prayer room on the Ground Floor of One Central is in very poor condition. It is always cluttered with unnecessary items and has a constant unpleasant smell. A holy place such as a prayer room, especially in a professional office location, should be kept clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We have raised this issue with the receptionist several times, but unfortunately, no action has been taken. This lack of attention is disappointing, as employees and visitors deserve a respectful and welcoming place to pray.

I just bought matcha from this coffee and i unfortunately it was horrible they weren’t here helping us at all the matcha powder was not blended will we almost choked w it, tasted like water. There was so much ice, we couldn’t even taste anything The SERVICE was THE WORST EVERRRR!!!!!!! Never trying it again!!!! الماتشا كانت سيئه مرا الباودر مو مخلوط غصينا فيييه !! وطعمها مووويه شينه لابعد حد الثلج كثير مرا ما كاني قاعده اشرب شي وحجمها صغير ولما كلمناهم ما كانو متعاونين ابد ولا عوضونا حتى !!! كل الستاف كانو سيئيين بلا استثناء اول واخر مرا !!!!!!

Visited this place for covid vaccine appointment a few days ago. The place is really good and very accessible. It's just a 5 min walk from the metro. The vaccination procedure is well organized that even there's a long queue, it took us only 15 mins to finish. From start until the end of the process, there are friendly staff who will be assisting you. I wish all the medical centres have this kind of excellent service!

Witnessed a Hiphi z at this place. 😍 Its almost impossible to witness this car outside of China.

a great place to rent out for offices, clean and secure. walking distance from world trade metro. the lifts are very modern. there's a place to sit if you're waiting for someone and the wifi is quite good as well. the Offices are well maintained. theres a dining hall to reheat the food and eat and many areas to have coffee or tea a place to play billiards too. its a very comfortable place and it's very convenient since it's a walking distance from the metro.

Staff are friendly and professional. They always greet you with a big smile! It is a great working environment with a big diversity of companies and nationalities as it reflects perfectly the culture of the city. High-end offices with serviced meeting rooms and common areas. Fully equipped and clean kitchens and reception areas. Highly recommend!
