I was happy to se this brand esp with customizations possible. Purchased 3 pants. its been 6 months/less than one year for pants, the pants have turned very very dull. There are also spots which are clearly visible. I have been using other pants for 3-4 years but have never faced this quality issue. I highlighted to them, but response was its your issue in terms of ironing and the way you are washing. Weird it happened only with their products. So a no for me.

Ordered a pair of Black Shadow Stretch Chinos which was delivered to me in the month of May. After around 2.5 months the pant started losing its color and this is how it looks at the moment. Extremely disappointed with the product for which I paid around 2.5k. Tried reaching out to the customer care who was quick enough to state that I did not follow the wash care instructions and it was eventually my fault. There is no proper investigation/intervention done to determine the cause but easy to pass the buck onto the customer. Will recommend potential buyers to consider this factor before purchasing a product from them.

I ordered a custom fit chinos from them- it has truly all they promise- most comfortable, stretchable, great quality material, feel big enough pockets.. the fitting is almost perfect given that I only gave them estimated measures for my size.. will definitely order again to explore their collection.. the initials they offer to put up are a cherry on the cake. keep it up!!

The Quality does not match the price, the zip buttons and stitching is of local and cheap made Quality whichbdies not justify the prices of pants.

Waste of money, Order no 10964. Before buying pls be careful like ths online cheaters. I had received, unknown size pant & Requested for alteration.. no response it's almost 15 days, after receiving the money, thy don't care

I liked the product but the service is terrible to say the least. I placed an order over a week ago for two pants and they have not even dispatched it yet. The customer care is very poor as well they first said one of the pants are out of stock and asked me to choose a different colour, I duly did so and now after 72 hours of that now they say both are out of stock. I don't think this company can survive for long even though they have a good product to offer. My suggestion DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Superb material and light and comfortable pant. Good fitting with alteration facilities. Good customer care experience.

Do you think you can have a bad experience for a pant even before you wear it? Well The Pant Project will help with that and then they will even give you a below standard product which local tailors are way better at making. I bought 3 pants from them....while they took 10 to 14 days to deliver when the pants (which they do I guess to make it seem like they are making something special) the products that arrived were laughable. The stitching on the pants was really pathetic, there was no symmetry, the fitting was all wrong, and there were marks on the pant....to summarise it the pants didn't come as a good finished product. Now this is just the start. They got my pants collected from me over 2 days and when they did, for 2 days they didn't have any updates to give and instead i had to follow up with them...they have no internal communication whatsoever and they weren't ready to update me clearly on things. The person I was talking to had a script to follow which was annoying because they were as unaware as I was. Welcome to my Rant project about the Pant Project. For the price and the branding it's a very disappointing buy and the experience with the team was also time consuming and annoying. Never buying from this hyped up brand again.

Trust me when I say this. I LOVE this company. These people have solved the biggest problem for me in clothing. The materials, the customer service, the ability to get work done in very less time. Everything is just top notch. A premium customized comfortable experience at the price of every other off the shelf clothing. All while you sit at the comfort of your home. Hats off to the company and their commitment.

Exceptional quality of clothing and exceptional service, I bought wayy more than I had intended! The stretch pants look neat, are comfortable, the patterns are superb. This is now my daily favourite!

I Loved it! The cloth quality is excellent and very comfortable for wearing. Though Customer Service needs slight improvement. All is well otherwise.

Extreme the poor service And especially, this is the kind of service that they given to ViP customers. Then I really wonder what they will do to the others. I had ordered 3 trousers and to my surprise when they were delivered, they were extremely tight when it was raised as an issue, they asked me to send it back along with One of nine current trouser that fits well for measurement reference. I did so, and then they sent the altered trousers back to me. again the same issue with one of the trousers... it was again tight. If I was again asked to send the trousers along with mine for measurement, I got frustrated and I asked for a refund. I was told. very, very poor service. Do not buy from them

It was great experience on my first purchase. Look feel and material is excellent. I also got to use alterations support and it was seamless and outstanding. I will buy again as its custom fit of my choice as well as extraordinary customer support. Thank you team. Highly recommend for those who had not tried yet.

The fabric is excellent. I ordered the power stretch fabric and it does not feel like i am wearing formals. Its super comfortable for all day long use and does not restrict your movement. Does not look baggy and fits your body perfectly.

Very happy with this procedure of getting tailor-made trousers without visiting the tailor. A minor alteration was also made to my satisfaction and returned to me within a few days of sending my trousers back. Very convenient system indeed.

Its fraud guys Item not delivered not refunded also. Order number 153103 I booked a single pant. It toook almost 15days for delivery ( still not delivered) It was a prepaid order but this company sent it as cash on delivery. When i asked for help they are telling to pay again. Or They will send again and it'll take another 15days. Not worth my time and money, so I cancelled the order. Now they are delaying in refund. Never seen such frustrating company. Pls dont buy from these guys. Waste

It's such a great experience to get custom-stitched high quality pants online. And I love how you can get it altered if it doesn't fit well within the 14 day free period. Quality is excellent. Fit is great. Would definitely be buying more.
