The Spa

Had a wonderful Deluxe Duo scrub and massage at The Spa, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The scrub was refreshing and the massage was deeply relaxing. Special thanks to Melody for her excellent technique and attentive care. The relaxation room overlooking Ain Dubai and the beach was the perfect finish to an already calming experience. Highly recommended — will definitely return.

Wish i have found this spa sooner! The view of the Ain Dubai and the beach from the couple spa room is lovely. The masseuse were amazing! The amenities are 5-star especially the tea lounge. Also, Donna, the receptionist, really knows how to treat customers well. She is sweet and kind. Everything is perfect! Will come again. :)

Genuinely obsessed with this place. Donna is your first point of contact and she is so lovely and kind. She is a fantastic representation for The Spa. Also, Aye gave me one of the best massages I've ever had and I look forward to seeing her again very soon. At the end of your massage there is a relaxation room that overlooks the beach. It is a beautiful view and I highly recommend chilling out in there before returning to the real world.

Amazing service. I booked a massage by receptionist Donna by walking in; one for me and for my friend. Both therapists, Thanrei and Swaty, were extremely professional and excellent. Highly recommend them to any visitors. The experience was pleasant and relaxing, I’d definitely go back again.

If you have ADHD and your ask them to remind you one day before your appointment, then don't bother booking. They called me once a day before, and for some reason I did not receive their call on my phone. I remember that my appointment is in the weekend, but wasn't sure if it's on a Friday or Saturday. I was looking forward for it the entire week. I called them randomly on Friday to check, they said that your appointment started 20 mins ago. I asked that if I get in 10 mins would I be able to get the one hour service. And I headed there. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that I can only get an express service, half an hour and that even will be rushed. So technically, it will not be worth paying for. I asked for another appointment on the same day or on Saturday, they said they are fully booked. I asked to speak with the MOD, he was very rude and indirectly accused me of lying, despite that I showed him my call logs and that I didn't receive any calls from them. I was looking for this for a whole week, it was my treat for my birthday weekend, especially that it's my first birthday that I celebrate alone since my love died back in January 2021. The MOD was very condicending, made feel as if they were making me a favor to even have booked me an appointment in the first place, because "this is an always fully booked spa, and we are very busy" as if I was not a paying guest! Very rude, very unprofessional, very inconsiderate made me feel unheard and as if I wasn't honest. Really horrible hospitality service for such a prestigious hotel and spa.

The Moroccan bath is amazing! Maria, the Moroccan girl, has just magic ability to make you so relaxed and comfortable! It was my first experience trying the Moroccan bath, and I have made a right choice with salon! I'm super satisfied. The service is great, staff is friendly, I'll definitely recommend this place and will definitely come here again :)

My husband and I booked the couples spa Swedish massage. Both the therapists Mimi and Than were very professional and good! Thank you The Spa team!

Pricing : Prices increased dramatically in September 2021 and massages are ridiculously expensive, even with U by Emaar benefits! A massage = a massage. The only thing that makes the difference is the masseuse. Location : It is on 75th floor, not sure why, as one does not normally look out during massage but rather has their eyes closed! In case of fire or other emergency- one would need to get dressed or walk down naked 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️. Not everyone can walk down 75 floors! Staff : I only booked as masseuse, Ms Tshering, is now working there and she is absolutely brilliant! I have followed her from one Spa to another, but now no more with such prices. Hotel staff in the lobby didn’t even acknowledge my presence, they did not make eye contact to ask if I needed any help even though some of them saw me. Even the manager who looked at me (he was speaking to a potential guest at the time) could have just quick acknowledged me and said ‘be with you in a minute’ or called someone. After a few minutes I finally walked up to front desk staff to interrupt her and ask how to get to the Spa! Extremely disappointing, in particular in Dubai where we want clients to have a great experience! Please take this review in the spirit it is written. I am a resident and want Dubai to retain its great image!

I have booked the spa treatment in advance to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, but when we came to the hotel I was told that there was no booking at this day. Apparently not only the staff put another day for the treatment, but also the time that would never work for us. Extremely unprofessional

I came in stressed with a stiff neck and Mahi gave me the most relieving massage. He was gentle yet precise and knew exactly where to press to remove the stress. I will be coming back for the stress relief massage. It was absolutely dreamy.

The message therapists are nice and friendly . However the place is not good for relaxing. The facility is not well maintained there was a lot of noise during the service there’s no place to relax afterwards. Wouldn’t go back again

I have always had a great massage there. Mimi is fantastic. The facility is well furnished.

The massage was good but the facility is very old, no amenities, water in the shower was freezing cold, no shower gel, no dryer, no cotton buds … bad value for money!

We had Swedish spa with Entertainer promotion. Experience was good. Reservation is recommended before the visit.

First of all, I feel comfortable when I come home. I got a thorough pedicure and I like the color.

Very pricey facility for what if offers. Not a special ladies day or special day discount either for guests or residents. Other options are more interesting in Dubai than this spa's.
