Honestly i would say that the quality of devices and services provided is one of the best in the market. The fact that the company has many projects delivered is great especially with using familiar systems and well know brands. The prices may be little bit high but to be honest they try to offer good prices and open to discuss further discounts at anytime if possible. Personally, I agree that sometimes there is miscommunication that results from different people and some delays maybe due to the quantity of jobs on the pipeline and projects load. However, customer always needs their job to be completed and to be delivered on time, I have also to mention here that I had a miscommunication issue that has been resolved by The owner himself Mr. Rabea and Mr. Khaled from sales and been offered an upgrade as well that i consider it as part of customer satisfaction. Technically, Mr. Tamer and Mr. Fawaz have done a great job along with the technicians in charge of the project. With all honesty I shared do you think I deserve a gift ? 🫣 Hey Siri, Alexa !

السلام عليكم، تجربتي سيئه جدا. في البدايه وعلى العرض اللي شفته انبهرت . لكن الواقع جدا سيئ. طبعا بعد معاناه تم الانتهاء من العمل و غير عن اللي كان معروض. ولكن الصدمه ما بعد التركيب. اولاً الشركه تحاول تلزمك بعقد سنوي للصيانه و مقابل مبلغ و قدره. والمشكله الثانيه انه من الصعب على اي شركه ثانيه تسوي لك الصيانه لأنه الإخوان في سويتش محتفظين بالملفات و الأرقام السريه . نعم حصلنا على الأرقام السريه و لكن من الصعب التعامل مع هذه الاجهزه.راح اعرض عليكم غرفه التحكم الخاصه ولكن القرار .
