Wow, pretty good value, for such a fun experience, and incredible views. Wasn't sure what to expect but was blown away by the views and surrealism of it all, loved the glow after sunset. Didn't really stay and read all the info on the way up as was too excited to see the views, but no doubt interesting.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, aber die Wartezeiten sind abartig lang. Vor allem, weil man nach jeder Ecke wieder an einer neuen Schlange ansteht. Hier lohnt sich das Priority-Ticket auf jeden Fall. Kleiner Tipp: Wenn ihr oben angekommen seid, stellt euch direkt wieder an. Fotografieren kann man nebenbei.

The View at The Palm Jumeirah – Absolut sehenswert! Der Besuch bei The View at The Palm war definitiv ein Highlight unserer Dubai-Reise. Schon die Auffahrt nach oben ist ein Erlebnis und oben angekommen wird man mit einem beeindruckenden 360-Grad-Ausblick über die gesamte Palm Jumeirah, das Meer und die Skyline von Dubai belohnt. Besonders schön ist es, die einzigartige Form der Palme einmal komplett von oben zu sehen – das wirkt in echt noch viel spektakulärer als auf Bildern. Die Aussichtsplattform ist modern gestaltet und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für tolle Fotos. Je nach Uhrzeit ist es besonders schön zum Sonnenuntergang, wenn sich die Farben über Dubai verändern. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und das Personal freundlich. Natürlich ist es eine bekannte Attraktion und daher kann es etwas voller sein, aber die Aussicht macht das definitiv wett. Für alle, die Dubai besuchen, ist The View auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

We visited The View at The Palm and had an amazing experience. The panoramic view over Palm Jumeirah is truly impressive — you can clearly see the shape of the island, the coastline, and the Dubai skyline in the distance. It’s one of those places that really makes you appreciate how unique this part of Dubai is. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and the whole visit felt smooth and enjoyable. The observation area is spacious, the views are breathtaking from every angle, and it’s perfect for photos. If you’re visiting Dubai, this is definitely worth adding to your list — we really enjoyed it and absolutely recommend it.

Denkt man an Dubai, fallen einem ziemlich schnell die ikonischen Palmen ein. Ein Besuch gehört daher fast schon zum Pflichtprogramm, auch wenn die Aussichtsplattform nicht vollständig überzeugen kann. Zwar ist die geschichtliche Aufbereitung sehr interessant und anschaulich gestaltet, doch bei der Aussicht selbst bleibt noch Luft nach oben. Die Plattform wirkt architektonisch spannend, ermöglicht jedoch keine wirklich freie Sicht, da das Glas immer wieder unterbrochen wird und schöne Fotos dadurch kaum möglich sind. Auch preislich ist der Eintritt für das Gebotene eher hoch, und wer oben etwas trinken möchte, sollte ebenfalls mit sehr hohen Kosten rechnen. Dennoch bleibt es beeindruckend, was hier erschaffen wurde, selbst wenn man das Projekt aus umwelttechnischer Perspektive durchaus kritisch sehen kann bzw. sollte.

The view itself is a stunning 360-degree panorama. You get the symmetrical beauty of the Palm Jumeirah on one side and the towering Marina skyline and Ain Dubai on the other. The outdoor terrace is a major plus, allowing for reflection-free photos that are hard to get at other indoor observatories. For the absolute best experience, aim for the "prime hours" just before sunset. Watching the city transition from golden hour to twinkling night lights is magical, though tickets are slightly pricier for these slots. If you want to escape the crowds, visiting early in the morning around 10:00 AM provides a serene atmosphere and crystal-clear views. Access is through Nakheel Mall, which is convenient for grabbing a bite afterwards. While the "Next Level" ticket gets you to the 54th floor, the standard admission to level 52 offers a nearly identical view and is better value for money. It is a must-do for first-timers to truly grasp the geography of Dubai.

This observation deck is a must see, even though one has been to the observatory on top of the Khalifa — as the sea side view is different and more details can be seen here. The beautiful Palm Island can be seen in its entirety, and the Burj al Arab is particularly nice in the late afternoon.

We had fast track tickets that we couldn't honor at the scheduled time, and the staff was very nice and helped us twice with rescheduling. Upstairs, we discovered a wonderful view of this exceptional achievement of some visionary people. A minus is represented by the observation devices that, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get them to focus on both eyes, otherwise I used them looking with only one eye. Also, these devices can only be moved up and down, not left and right. PS. I highly recommend the ice cream from the restaurant.

The entrance is on level R upper floor of the Palm Jumeirah mall which used to be called Nakheel mall. This is a great experience to get a full view of the palm. It doesn't take long before you have ascended to the 52 level. The 360° views are fabulous. There's a restaurant at the top if you fancy a bite to eat. There is a gift shop and toilets at the to too. It didn't take long to descend either. Worth the money.

Trying to see Palm Island, a beautiful structure, shouldn't be this expensive. The entrance fees are high; at least it could be free for children under 12. It's extremely crowded because it's a tourist spot. The ascent elevator is very fast. It's the first time I've seen an elevator that goes up three floors at a time. The screen on the floor explaining the island's construction was a nice touch, but they could have added a simultaneous translation headset in various languages. Inside, you're watching commercials on another screen :) When you get to the area, there's a huge crowd. It's impossible to see the view without bumping into someone. I think there's an engineering flaw in the insufficient space. It's a building that doesn't live up to the grandeur of Dubai. Yes, the view is beautiful from 230 meters, but you can't see the whole island; you have to piece it together like Lego blocks.

Wouhao quelle vue imprenable sur la Palme de Dubaï !! Un must absolu ! Très bonne activité à faire à Dubaï au The View at The Palm. La vue sur Palm Jumeirah est vraiment impressionnante. Je conseille fortement de réserver à l’avance, c’est plus simple et plus confortable. Sur place, tout est bien pensé : boissons disponibles, espace agréable, organisation fluide. Une expérience sympa, à faire absolument lors d’un séjour à Dubaï.

Better to buy a ticket in advance, as you'll be met and seen off at every point once you're closer to your destination—very convenient. It offers a panoramic view of the entire city, allowing you to explore every detail and district. The windows are clean, getting close to the edge is safe. It's a pity there aren't any employees who make photo gor you; you have to ask other tourists, even though many places offer this service. It's worth visiting at different times—daytime and evening.

Vista espetacular da ilha artificial. Parece estar sempre cheio de gente, mas conforme a hora do dia vale muito a pena visitar este lugar. Da até para avistar o famoso Hotel Jumeirah de lá. E o Atlantis também

Palm Jumeirah is one of the popular landmark and this is must visit attraction in Dubai. Is perfect spot for the photography. From the 52nd floor, you get a stunning bird eye view of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, along with breathtaking sight of Ain Dubai & the Burj Al Arab - all in one frame. Wait time is depending on the time slots, some slots are really busy and long wait is there. Some are really quick.

We booked our tickets online with the fast-track option, and it was absolutely worth it. The entrance flow was smooth, the queue was well-organised, and everything felt very efficient. We arrived around 11am, and the crowd level was just right — not too quiet, not too packed — perfect for exploring comfortably. The experience starts at Level 1 with a beautiful LED walkway passage. It’s bright, colourful, and wonderfully photogenic — definitely one of those spots where you’ll pause for a few Insta-worthy shots before even heading up. From there, a quick lift ride takes you directly to Level 52 for the indoor viewing gallery. This is where you get your first panoramic look at the iconic Palm Jumeirah layout. But the true highlight is still ahead: the outdoor deck on Level 54. You’ll scan your ticket again and walk up a short flight of stairs — and then the scenery just opens up. The view from the top is stunning and absolutely breathtaking, giving you a clear perspective of the full palm shape and the magnificent Atlantis standing proudly at the edge. There’s also a cozy café on Level 52, perfect for a short break if you’d like to sip a drink while soaking in those elevated views. The attraction is linked to a decent mall as well, with a nice variety of restaurants and cafés, plus some casual and mid-range shops. It’s great for grabbing a meal or doing a little browsing before or after your visit. Overall, The Palm View Jumeirah is 100% worth visiting — smooth entry, great crowd control, amazing views, photo spots everywhere, and a full experience that’s easy to enjoy from start to finish. A solid must-do in Dubai!

Absolut empfehlenswert. Tickets über GetYourGuide erworben. Unbedingt den Fast Check'in buchen. Damit hat man Einlass ohne warten und den Zugang zur 52. Etage mit Glaswänden, sowie auch die 54. Etage mit freien Blick auf die Palm Jumareih.

Sicuramente un'esperienza da provare! C'è sempre un po' di coda ma una volta saliti al 52° piano la vista sulla palma è spettacolare! Se si pensa poi che il suolo su cui sorgono ville e hotel vari è tutto artificiale ci si rende conto della grandezza di questa opera. Purtroppo quando siamo saliti noi la pioggia ha reso i vetri opachi compromettendo la qualità delle foto. È stata comunque una bella esperienza.
