Appear busy do nothing! Not organized at all - even express service stations have a better rating and quality. Everyone here is trying to escape responsibilities. (For Lease Customers) By the time you find the concerned person you'll have gone all around the perimeter of premise and you'll need intervention by phone to convince him to serve you . Apart from losing your precious time you'll have to do revisits,which are very annoying yielding in not results. Why - good question. What periodic service means to them - change oil put the sticker "yalla bye bye" Change tyres - they escape by telling you approval is needed, you should have used the tyres at least one year, only one tyre can be replaced at a time, and the story carries on. They couldn't even eliminate the squeaky sound coming from the air conditioning but they told me it's done. Air filters of the cars were never cleaned or changed. Oil filter if the customer is not looking they wouldn't change. Upon asking they'll simply say it's unavailable or that your filter is still good. Your steering wobbles after 100km/hr speed good for you - we won't repair it for safety purposes (that wasn't even a joke). They don't even have a car wash facility - you came to a workshop not a car wash center. No waiting area, praying area and cafeteria for customers. Being located on the outskirts of the city and having customers visit them from other cities apart from Jeddah, this is how much they care. In simple words they will destroy their company car for their negligence and unorganized network in the workshop.

اتوقع انهم ما يشيكون علىالسيارات اخذنا سيارة من المطار ومشينا فيها وكانت تحذف بنا الين غيرناها وكل ما خذنا سيارة كان فيها عطل الين وصلنا للسيارة الرابعة.
