Tic fiber

One of the absolute worst network providers out there. Constant interruptions, zero reliability, but they still have the nerve to charge for the full 30 days. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and avoid this garbage network—find something better.

Worst Worst Worst. Litrally a kind of scam this TIC fiber is. The local cable TV operator is the sole responsible person for installation and support. For installation the operator took 15 days and within 20 days of connection i’m facing frequent interruptions. I raised a online complaint, its almost 3 days and till now no response. My region is Padappai. Better use mobile network if at all you dont have any other internet service providers in yout area. This is my heartly advise

always had same problem office site won't work, ip always gets blacklisted, not worthy for gaming. but still speed will shown as high. worthy only for online videos and download. for office and gaming not suggested. #pondicherry

Don't buy. Very worst service. I purchased Tic fibre last month till now the upload speed is 0.00mbps. Repeatedly disconnected more. Dont call to customer service time waste. Actually i put a 0 star.

No proper Customer service, during purchase they said it is 100 mbps fast and unlimited but cant even run a speed test to check the speed thats slow it is ..very very poor customer service.

If you raise a ticket in their site, it will never be resolved and you cannot raise another ticket if the old ticket is in unresolved status. Go for Railwire.....much better !!!

No response if any breakdown. Contacting customercare waste of energy.in this month 13thdays 3days disconected.Totally poor customercare.
