The party hall is clean and can accomodate more than 40kids..Overall perfect place for kids birthday party in good price. The quality and the taste of food is awesome. The staff are well trained,from taking care of kids to serving foods, arranging everything in a minute whatever you need, to keeping the gifts perfectly. Best part is they have a driver too who parks your vehicle properly. From owner to staff everyone is very friendly and helpful,once you are there for party you don't need to worry about any arrangements. They take care of everything... Hatts of to their efforts. I m really thankfull to each one of you for making my kids birthday party so memorable🥰.

This indoor play area located near city centre mall Raipur for kids is perfect time pass for your little ones. They will definitely fall in love with it. The plus point of this place is it has a dine in area as well, so you can munch while your lil munchkin is enjoying his time. You can also arrange a kids party here. Highly recommended 👍

Unapologetic behaviour of the Owner and staff members! Poor service and "WE DONT CARE" attitude! Classic Case! Sadly when a business blooms, the owner does not care about the customers or the problems they are facing. Forget the problems, the general attitude in Tic Tac Toe is "WE DONT CARE". Last night was my second bad experience of this place! I ordered food, asking the lady who was serving, what time would it take? She says 5 minutes! And after 20 minutes, when it is time for us to leave, she says I shall parcel the food. I refused. Still, I asked for the bill, and offered the payment as a good gesture. Neither the owner, nor the lady who was there to serve, offered an apology. Instead the lady says there were many orders which is why it took time! Additionally, when it was close to 20 minutes while I kept waiting for my order, I see her taking pictures of a group of customers sitting adjacent to my table, but not saying a word to me that the order is in process or an explanation why it is taking so much time. The commitment of "5 MINUTES" is so wrong. Because if I had known it would take so much time, I would not have ordered in the first place. While all this is happening, first of all the owner is oblivious as he is sitting near the entrance in his chair. Though to my great shock, he did not say a single word after knowing what had happened, and that I am being offered a parcel on knowing that I am leaving. He collected the money and moved on with his work like nothing happened. Does not get up from his chair even once, does not bother to utter one word, no regret or remorse, his face expressions and body language were profoundly unapologetic. I feel he considers it normal to take customers for granted. There are many places in this town which offer similar and better services.

Incredible place to celebrate kids birthday...my son and his friends enjoyed it very much, clean, hygienic, spacious, and kid friendly,. Stuff were humble and cooperative,food was also delicious.

Fun activity and rides for kids. They were closing early for holi shopping, when I called but on request let me in for half an hour. Polite managent and staff. 200 rs for half an hour, 350 rs for oner hour. Food is overpriced eg 100 rs for one plain magggie.

A wonderful place for kidsplayzone by meanwhile u can have snacks there,350 rs for 1 hour per kid,parking is problem there,food is nice an clean kitchen,can do there kids birthday party.staff is cooperative,they look for your kids inside the play zone area

Visited 1st n last time It was worst experience 1. They are not time punctual for which they blame Co staff 2. Unprofessional approach towards client handling. Local in behavior n attitude, they talk as if client need them badly 3. Not client ( child friendly) 4. Those who have been professional n in corporate life.. would not like their behavior 5.Yes would say they have good product

Good place to have fun for kids. Good arrangement for birthday party. Everything was nice. But they don't have backup for ac which is bad while you arrange a party in summer and having eletercity problems
