Tic tacs- the infinity fun

This place is marketed as a kids’ arcade and play zone, but unfortunately the experience was quite the opposite. The staff, especially in the playing area with slides and activities, were extremely rude and surprisingly not kid-friendly at all. Instead of being helpful or attentive, they seemed irritated by children being… well, children. When we requested them to be a bit more careful and supportive around the kids, they took offense rather than addressing the concern 😀 — not something you expect at a place meant for kids. On top of that, the food is overpriced for an arcade gaming zone and doesn’t justify the cost at all. Overall, the environment felt neither welcoming nor safe for kids. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to parents looking for a fun and safe play area for their kids.

Tic Tac Kids Arcade provided an unforgettable experience for my son and his friends! Their soft play area was packed with exciting activities like wall climbing, trampoline, ball pit, slides, and hurdles. While the cost is higher compared to other similar venues, the cleanliness and variety of activities justify the charges. Being a new establishment, it’s understandable. Overall, a fantastic place for kids to have a gala time, though budget-conscious parents might want to plan accordingly. Highly recommended for a day filled with fun and adventure!

Very unprofessional behaviour and not safe for kids below 3. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly and did not know how to handle customer requests properly. Unfortunately, the people who manage the place themselves were especially disrespectful and lacked basic courtesy in communication. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and makes customers feel unwelcome. I would not recommend this place due to the poor service and unprofessional conduct.

Just visited Tic-Tacs Patiala, great place to toddlers & kids. Staff seems very friendly, attentive, & helpful. Special shout to Simran as she is amazing with kids, thank you!

There is compulsary card for playing for which you have to pay 500 from which 50 rupess deducted and non refundable. Good way for earning . If u want to pay only for your use then fun park near manipal hospital is best option regret coming here . Don t fall for there scam

Worst experience here , been here for the first time and bought 500 rs card for playing before ordering food , And the ordered the food from there menu which they said is not available, Given them a beutiful cake with message, to plate that ,on place Of giving that Cake to us They cut it by there self all an all ruined my day and my brother's birthday

It was awesome 💯 because soft play,car racing,and bike driving was amazing. One point deducted because it closed early😔 evening

Very bad experience the staff is rude .these people fight other kids for no reason the staff and management is very poor.will recommend not to visit.
