They will talk big in the beginning — full of promises and sweet words — but once they receive the payment, they completely disappear. ❌ No work delivered ❌ No calls answered ❌ No message replies They play with clients’ trust and show zero accountability. If your time is valuable, do not work with this team. I placed an order 10 days ago, provided the script and scene setting, and clearly requested only the raw, unedited video—a very simple task. Since then, I’ve had to constantly follow up, almost like I’m managing their work for them. For the past 4–5 days, they’ve been giving false promises like “15–20 more minutes,” yet still nothing has been delivered. Not a single team member answers calls—they just ignore them completely. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, broken promises, and absolutely no respect for timelines. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Ye sirf bolne me expert hain, kaam me zero! Agar genuine ho to refund karo Tic Tac Media, warna public sab samajh gayi hai!

This entire company is a scam operation disguised as a media service. They will lure you in with slick videos and false promises, show you beautiful samples just to extract money from you — and the moment the payment is made, they disappear. We were promised delivery in 3 days, but even after 10–20 days, they did not deliver the videos. Forget follow-ups — we made 80+ calls to each team member, hundreds of messages — and no one had the decency to even reply. The phones were deliberately ignored. Their customer service is non-existent. When the video finally came, it was a joke — a selfie-style ring light video, with a completely different model, who didn’t even know how to sit, talk, or comb her hair properly. The background? Not a studio, but cheap curtains. A complete scam. They promise professional-grade content, but deliver garbage that isn’t even worth uploading. We were forced to redo the video from scratch with someone else — wasting not just our money, but time and business credibility. And the second video? It’s been over 20 days and still nothing. No refund. No communication. NOTHING. And when you confront them or ask for accountability, they resort to abuse, arrogance, and misbehavior — the height of unprofessionalism. This is not just bad service — this is daylight robbery. If you value your business, your brand, or your sanity — RUN the other way. They are not a creative agency. They are a money-sucking scam team with zero ethics.

Maine June 2025 mein inko ek UGC video ke liye payment kiya tha. Shuru mein unhone bahut professional baatein ki, lekin payment milne ke baad inka asli chehra saamne aaya. Video deliver karne ke bajaay, yeh log sirf jhoothe bahane banate rahe. Aur ab to mere calls aur messages ka jawab dena bhi band kar diya hai. Na video mili hai, aur na hi mera paisa wapas kiya hai. Inhone sirf mera paisa aur time dono barbaad kar diye hain. Yeh ek pure fraud company hai jo sirf clients se paise leti hai aur phir gaayab ho jaati hai. Meri salah hai ki aap in se bilkul door rahein. Apna paisa aur samay barbaad mat kariye. Main ab inke khilaaf legal action lene ka soch raha hoon.

Very Bad Service. Very Unprofessional Lying People. They will not Fulfill what they Commit. Be it the Timeline or The Product Quality. I sent my Products to them for the Shoot of UGC and None of them were used in the video. Basic Talking Reels is what they Provide. And They will Quote 48 Hours for the Delivery and then casually take up to 12 Days for a Single Video. And when You ask for anything all they do is Lie. Never go with this Agency.

If you want to ruin your business, go with them, they are basically frauds and it is a kind of money stealing and looting mechanism they have made.. they will show you good good videos first to snatch money out of your pocket and then they will not attend your calls at all. They will promise you 3 days and not give video even after 10 days and then you keep on calling them, no one in the team would recive the calls. 80 calls per member, 100 calls, they will neither recive it no reply to your messages and then after over delay they will give you a selfie camera ring light video which is not better then a peice of garbage with a on total different model who dony even know how to comb her hairs.. they promise professional studios in the background for taking money but give in the background of curtains.. finally i have to make the video again with someone else . Also the second video they have not given even after 20 days and neither refunding the money back..

This has been the worst experience I've had in the UGC industry. The team appears to be inexperienced, as if a group of untrained individuals have started an agency without any real knowledge of the work. Their communication is extremely unprofessional they don’t respond when asked for timelines, and once full payment is made, they go silent for weeks. Completely unethical and unreliable.

Tic Tac Media turned out to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their team is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. They lure people in with big promises but fail to deliver anything of real value. Working with them felt like dealing with scammers who only care about taking money and giving nothing in return. Total waste of time, energy, and trust. Avoid them at all costs.

BEWARE! Highly UNPROFESSIONAL people. They do not have any good artists, they will ask you to pay some deposit and then blackmail you to pay more to receive the final product which you may never see as they really do not have any editors or any business sense. I've been scammed, so just helping others by warning not to go ahead with them. It's not about the money but basic business principles and ethics which they clearly lack.
