My favorite Touch Life Spa is located here, and I visit every month to enjoy the swimming pool and spa facilities. It's one of the best spas I've ever experienced, with excellent amenities and outstanding service every time. They offer a variety of membership options that are definitely worth the investment, including packages for spa, gym use, and the swimming pool. I've been enjoying my membership and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained wellness facility. The staff are friendly, professional, and always provide great service.

The best budget-friendly hotel in Al Barsha. The nearest metro is Dubai Internet City — just take Exit 1. The place is nice and clean. I didn’t expect there to be a bathrobe and a digital weighing scale. I was amazed. The pool area is Instagrammable and the restaurant staff are accommodating. I loved the taste of the Margherita pizza. My total stay was excellent. I enjoyed my free time alone.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Robin and Alamgir were fantastic throughout my stay both were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. They made the experience much more enjoyable and ensured everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a great experience with Omar’s services. The hotel facilities were excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The gym center was also well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with my routine. Omar was very helpful and even offered a special price for the gym, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Her ability to lead with both efficiency and genuine care for guests is clearly reflected in the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and consistently high service standards. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the dedicated team members Mr.Ashraf*, Ranjith, Samar, and Youssef. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and commitment to excellence made our family stay even more comfortable and memorable. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The hotel was recommended to me by my brother, and I can confidently say that our experience exceeded even the high expectations he had set. From service quality to overall hospitality, everything was truly top class.

I recently stayed at TIME Oak Hotel & Suites, and overall I had a positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to different areas of Dubai, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. We stayed in the apartments — they are spacious and feature a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area, which is especially convenient for longer stays. However, it’s worth mentioning that the apartments are a bit worn and would benefit from renovation and some updates to the furniture. A refresh would definitely enhance the overall experience. The staff truly stand out. Everyone was polite, attentive, and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention the hostess, Joy-Trainee — she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She created a warm atmosphere from the very first moment and was always greeting guests with a smile. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options, and the service in the restaurant was at a good level. The pool area was clean and comfortable for relaxing. Overall, TIME Oak Hotel & Suites offers good value for money. Despite the need for some updates in the apartments, the excellent service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable.

Всё отлично и сервис завтраки можно было на полдня наесться оставалось только вечером поужинать (Рядом находится много ресторанчиков один из них очень понравился рекомендую недорого и прилично кормили) Бассейн был просто великолепен До метро всего 7 минут ходьбы это очень радовало Однозначно рекомендую только пять звёзд 😁👍. * У меня четыре телефона на ресепшене без проблем подцепили wi-fi притом бесплатно это очень порадовало так как работа даже в Дубае сама себя не сделает

Мы семьёй отдыхали в этом отеле в начале ноября. Отель очень понравился. Из плюсов: приятная атмосфера встречает с открытия дверей - аромат в холле очень приятный, персонал на ресепшн и обворожительная девушка в мини баре всегда с улыбкой и желанием помочь, стильно оформленный холл, мы попали на хеллоуин - детей встречали аниматоры со сладостями, много русских туристов; расположение удобное - метро рядом, автобусные остановки, продуктовый магазин с приятными ценами и есть русские продукты, в шаговой доступности алкомаркет с хорошими ценами, есть много кафе, но не посещали их - хватало питания в отеле, есть бургер кинг около метро; питание у нас были завтраки и ужины - очень вкусно кормили, по приезду домой скучали очень по завтракам-отдельно спасибо повару у бассейна - омлет очень вкусный! меню разнообразное, все свежее, на ужин всегда была рыба и за неделю повторов блюд не было, на ужин помимо воды есть чай и кофе, если не получается прийти на ужин, то заранее предупреждает и вам организуют ланч боксы приличные по составу, мы объелись; уютная территория у бассейна, с зоной отдыха и сам бассейн чистый с прохладной водой, есть по утрам тренировки в бассейне, работает до 21:00; есть в отеле тренажёрный зал, салон красоты, магазин с сувенирами и вкусняшками, мини бар в холле с чаем, кофе и сладостями; Сервис очень впечатлил - сотрудники настроены максимально дружелюбно, русский персонал не встретили, но у всех есть переводчик поэтому проблем с общением не возникло, номер убирали ежедневно, постель и полотенца каждый день свежие; Есть шатл до пляжа утром и после обеда; Из минусов можем только отметить уставшие номера, но это больше пожелание обновить, хотя номер нам очень понравился - 80 квадратов, кухня, 2 комнаты и большой балкон-когда находишься в огромном номере, с хорошим сервисом, питанием да в Дубае нет времени и желания обращать внимание на уставшую мебель))) В целом мы остались довольны нашим отдыхом, вернулись бы ещё в этот отель❤️❤️❤️

I would like to give some commendations to the trainees of Time Oaks Hotel namely Jannah and Yossef for assisting us very well last time we checkin in with family. They were very accommodating to us, warm and hospitable.Also, they were very smart in handling our requests. Lastly, to Reza the Marketing Head, she is superb and very reliable..She made sure our stay will be wonderful and assured that my brother's birthday celebration will be worthwhile. Kudos to Time Oaks for the excellent staff.

Были в отеле с 8.12 по16.12.25 Мебель не новая,но матрасы, подушки очень удобные. Вся техника работает,в номере все необходимое утюг,гладильная доска, фен, посуда для приготовления и приёма пищи. Персонал приветливый, стараются помочь, при входе предлагают помочь донести вещи до номера.. Халаты, полотенца меняют как мы поняли раз в три дня, белье примерно также. Были втроем, не нашли белье на диван в гостиной, попросили принести, нам поставили полноценную доп кровать, а не раскладушку, как иногда бывает. Завтраки, может не очень разнообразные, но все вкусно: говяжий бекон, хашбрауны, сосиски( съедобные), яйца , гарниры,овощи, фрукты, йогурт, вкусная скумбрия горячего копчения, запеченный грейпфрут с карамелью ооочень вкусно.. Омлет как везде готовят по запросу, выпечка всегда в асс. Локация удачная до метро минут7, автобус до Кайт бич рядом, два Карфура, маркет Спидвей, аптека.. Все в шаговой доступности.Отель по соотношению цена-качество, вполне достойный.
