Absolutely disappointed with this place—such a waste of our valuable time. I had planned to place an order for a set of journals and received the quotation a few days ago. After getting our company’s approval and following up to confirm the order, I was suddenly informed that they can no longer provide the journals without branding—something that was never mentioned before. To make matters worse, their only branding options are debossing and hot foil stamping, when what we actually need is a printed logo. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. This isn’t the first time they’ve disappointed me. On a previous occasion, I inquired about an order for 400 journals with four different branding designs, including internal page branding. When I called the shop and explained my requirements, the person who answered had no idea how to handle my request and redirected me to the factory. The factory person said he’d get back with the price but he never did. Then another person took over, and I had to send the details all over again. After wasting over two weeks and making countless calls, the so-called manager, Kanishka, finally sent me a quote—but for options I never even requested. On top of that, he informed me that page branding is only available for quantities above 500, something that was never communicated earlier. The whole process was incredibly inefficient and unprofessional.

I'm thrilled with my new purchase! The notebook is of excellent quality with smooth, thick pages perfect for writing. The shop has a great collection, making it hard to choose just one. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient while I browsed. I’ll definitely be returning for more stationery soon.

From 2022 onwards I usually get customized notebooks by Timeplan. All these customizations are really nice and they have timely delivered everytime I order. Specially, Imlaka always helping to go through the process, as its the day 01

Not recommended, I have placed a order on 4th of march 2024 and up to date (15th of March 2024) I have not received the goods. But Time plan agreed to deliver with in a week. I promised to my lovable one regarding a suprise gift and I couldn't handed over the gift on time since she flew to abroad. I have gone through past few reviews and Time plan administration always apologise for their delay but still they have not corrected them self yet. Very bad experience from a reputable shop like this.

One of the worst shops ever. I gave them the order on 12.08.2021 it was a gift for my sister . She received it only today. And the best thing is since my order got so delayed I kept on asking from them to give me an update I dmed them several times and everytime they said it was already given to the currier people and due to the COVID my order is delayed best part is when my sister received it they have included the bill to the package as well and in that the billed date was mentioned as 11.09.2021. Which means for weeks they have been lying to me saying my order was dispatched and bla bla bla. They charged extra for a personalized note but haven’t even included that.I will never shop from them again and will never recommend it to anyone. Don’t even deserve the one star.

The production quality of the notebooks are perfect. but the service wise can't recommend. so hard to contact them. I had to call 100+ times to confirm my order and to collect my order. even the hotline is also not working. if you are planning to print less quantity of books try another place. cause these people do not prioritize less no of quantity works.
