Went to Timezone at Phoenix Mall, Pune and had a lot of fun. The place has a great variety of arcade games, bowling, and activities for all age groups. Everything was well-maintained and the overall vibe was lively and energetic. The staff was helpful and the area was clean and organized. There’s also a small food court inside, which makes it easy to grab a quick snack between games. This game was epic and very realistic. We enjoyed a lot and it was one of the best VR games we played. Mr. Lung was very polite and helpful, he explained the rules very well because of which we enjoyed. The graphics and VR quality was mesmerizing.

It’s the perfect place to blow off some steam after a long shopping spree or to challenge your friends to a quick tournament. The staff generally does a great job of keeping the energy high and the lines moving.The service really stands out when the floor is crowded. A special mention goes to Poonam, who was incredibly helpful, polite, and quick to assist with card recharges and game queries, making the whole experience much smoother.

We recently hosted our child’s birthday at Timezone Phoenix Market city Pune, and it was an absolute blast! The entire process, from booking to the final whistle, was perfectly managed. Timezone is a perfect place for kids of all age group including 40+. Brings out the child in adults too. Celebrated son’s decennial birthday and Aniket made it memorable. Very good games. Arrangement was perfect. Aniket was v helpful and prompt.

Poonam, Ramanand and Shubham are very good about coordinating with us about every game and they taught us about the working process.

Worst experience…had to wait for bowling for more than 20 mins while the alley was empty and there was no one at the desk. Did ask for help and they said pls wait there and someone should come in a bit

Great experience. It was too much fun to play various games. I played the basketball game and many others which gave high tickets. You have to recharge the card amount starting from 500,1000 up to 3000. After that just tap the card and start playing. And in the end take the gift from the reward section with various options from chocolates to soft toys to crayons and even bycycle.
