Been going to this branch for more than a year now. They were all warm and friendly. I highly recommend: Nora for doing beautiful eyelash extensions meticulously. Armie for manicure, she's the best to do 3D art & ombre nails too. Vicky & Charlie for pedicure. I have delicate nails and they handle it gently and really do a great job with it. Chandra for hair waxing, she's amazing too! They're all the best!

My favorite place in Dubai, I absolutely love their service. Everything is always spotless and maintained to the highest standards. A special thank you to Valerie Joy; she applies the manicure perfectly and patiently, as if she’s creating a work of art.

My nails get shipped in less than three days after doing gelish The worst part is you call their customer care and they have the audacity to tell u about their policy of 48 hours and that this might be caused by excessive washing 🤬 We do gelish so we get nice polished nails for 15 days On top of it if u want to remove the gelish in three days after applying it they charge u removal fees as if this wasn’t their fault at the beginning They are greedy zero quality service and with the worst customer care It doesn’t matter if u have been a loyal customer or not u r just a number

I came in for gel polish change and to fix a broken nail. Armie understood the assignment! She was amazing! The nails look amazing and I highly recommend her for nails! 10/10 would go to her again!

I came to this salon to relax and do my nails, but honestly, I left with a headache. The staff were nice, but they kept interrupting me every few minutes asking if I wanted a drink, a massage, or to buy nail oil. It felt more like constant advertising than a relaxing experience. I just wanted some peace and quiet while doing my nails. Please give your customers some space to relax!

For a salon with a strong reputation and relatively high prices, the quality of service is consistently disappointing. The nail polish application is poor (bubbling, uneven drying, and quick wear), the gel color selection is very limited, and cuticle care is not done properly, which defeats the purpose of a manicure and pedicure. On my recent visit, I walked in close to closing time and was told they could take me, despite the service requiring more time, which resulted in a rushed experience. These issues point to poor management and inadequate training, rather than individual staff performance, and the overall quality does not justify the price.

I had a pedicure with Monnalisa and she was fantastic. Very thorough and friendly experience. I had a shoulder massage with Kim Li and it was very relaxing. Excellent service from both ladies. I also had a gel pedicure with Salvie and she was wonderful very neat job and friendly too. Thank you!

Gudu is as usual amazing. I come to do waxing with her every few months, she is always kind, friendly and super patient with me. Thank you tips and toes and Gudu for excellent service.

Today I had a magnificent 90 minute massage with Sari. Not only did she make me feel like a new person, she also encouraged me to get the best facial I've had in a long time. Highly recommend her.

Been 2+ years member in TnT and Arabian Ranches branch stood out for me because of the highly skilled nail technicians. I have very brittle nails and Ms. Evelyn always takes care of my acrylic nail service. It lasts for over a month and doesn’t chip at all. The application is also just enough and doesn’t feel too thick. She is very meticulous and highly skilled on her craft. I really love her work, and with other nail technicians teaming up with her like Gloria. I won’t go to any salon as Evelyn is my go-to expert to take care of my nails acrylic nail service. I highly recommend her.
