I don't know how people rate historical monuments but if you ask me, it's 5 stars.. of course! I mean.. the sheer fact that this monument stood the test of time and withstood nature for hundreds of years is a wonder in itself. The place itself is not too big however, it is beautiful. The long lines of wooden pillars, the lovely backdrop, the multiple picture points... Overall, if you are thinking of a photoshoot, with traditional attire, it is your place. However, if you go there just to learn about the history of the place, you get additional brownie points. Been there a few times... Kinda like this place and the vibe, especially during early mornings. Its peaceful and serene. The tickets can get be booked on a QR code on display right in front of the entry gate. Now it has still stood as and important historical landmark in Bangalore. To reach here u can take metro to k r market and exit near the BMC medical college side and u will find this palace right opposite to metro station. It’s one of the easy commute. Otherwise you can reach by auto or cab or even city bus and this place is approx 2-3 km from majestic. One time visit kinda place. Can click pictures too. The authorities hv maintained the lawn and plants well along with the cleanliness of the place . There is an entry ticket to visit and also during crowded times it might take 10-15min wait time.

We are able to walk to the higher floors and one of the corner rooms actually has the wall paintings and colors still intact. A good spot to visit for locals and visitors to the city alike.
