I recently purchased a watch from this showroom, and my experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly, cooperative, and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the perfect watch with great patience. I’m very happy with the service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Titan World, Behala. We visited this specific branch because our friends, who are regular customers here, purchased a watch for us as a gift. While we fully understood that the official exchange period had passed, we weren't looking for a freebie—we were more than willing to pay for an extension of the arm band. Unfortunately, the staff we encountered were incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution or even a professional explanation as to why the service couldn't be provided, we were met with a hostile attitude. It is baffling that a brand like Titan would employ staff so lacking in basic etiquette and problem-solving skills. Our friends, who have been loyal customers of this location, have been informed of this experience, and it’s safe to say they will be taking their business elsewhere. Terrible management and a complete lack of respect for customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Third class service. Have purchased carrera specs on feb'25. And it broke . It was not taken for professional purpose n broke . When visited store, they didnt help me or gave any solution. They charged me for breaking specs as if i have done purposely. Really disappointing. They are friendly when you buy product but once you purchase the product they treat badly with no help. I request carrera brand and will send you mail for not do franchise with titan brand, behala showroom. It creates bad reputation of yours too. Have spoken to customer care lets see how they can help us . Frame should be replaced free of cost because of their third class service.

After purchase services are very poor Need bill for cutting the chains don't After saying i can provide mobile number they can provide bill but they asked to wait for long time.

Arrogant people… not really willing to help or even discuss, I found other titan world like in South city mall, park street, etc. were better.

Very good collection. Staf behavior also good. Helios brand also available G- shock, Fossil, Armani exchange etc.

I've been purchasing watches from this particular store for many years for my family and for gift purposes. I have had a good experience till now, the staff are helpful and polite and they try to understand you and help accordingly. I've made exchanges as well in the past from here. I hope for the same pleasant visit and experience in the future too. Sorry for not adding any photos. Last but not the least, I was really excited to see they have added the Citizen watches collection in their store in my last visit 2 days ago.
