Everything is under one roof — world-class equipment, spacious training areas, and multiple combat sports including MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, and more. One thing I really appreciate is the Refuel Café, which offers healthy refreshments, and free parking for up to 2 hours for members — a big plus in Dubai. As an honest blogger, originally from India 🇮🇳, Saudi 🇸🇦 born, with UK 🇬🇧 residency, and currently based near Dubai Marina, I can confidently say this gym has become my favourite fitness spot in Dubai. I’ve been a member for almost one year now. Even though I couldn’t train consistently due to work and family commitments, I felt it was important to share my genuine experience. What makes TK Gym stand out is the vision behind it. The owner himself is a professional MMA fighter and successful entrepreneur, which is incredibly motivating for anyone serious about fitness, discipline, and growth. Another highlight is the Charcoal Garden — an amazing spot to enjoy good food during major fight nights or match days. The crowd, energy, and vibes there are something you honestly don’t find in other gyms in Dubai. Even though I’ve always maintained a healthy lifestyle and never actively trained in combat sports before, the purpose and environment of this membership are big, and in shā’ Allāh I look forward to making the most of it. The staff, trainers, and coaches are friendly, professional, and supportive, and the service overall is excellent. 👉 For anyone living in Dubai and looking for a serious, high-quality fitness and combat gym, I highly recommend trying TK Gym. I visited TKMMAFIT for a free trial and honestly had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the vibe of the gym was amazing and very motivating. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all my questions. Even though it was only my first visit, I immediately felt comfortable training there. The facilities are great, the atmosphere is energetic, and everyone seemed focused on their fitness goals. I enjoyed my trial so much that I was willing to come back again even after just one session. Highly recommend TKMMAFIT to anyone looking for a gym with a great community and supportive staff!👌🫡

Tried out TKMMAFIT recently and it genuinely stands out from the usual gym scene in Dubai. What I liked most is how well-rounded the setup is. You’ve got dedicated spaces for combat training, conditioning, and full fitness workouts, so it never feels cramped or one dimensional. The coaches know their stuff and the sessions are intense in the best way possible. But the real highlight for me has to be the outdoor area. Training there hits different fresh air, open space, and a proper city view that actually makes you want to push harder instead of checking your watch every 5 minutes. It adds a refreshing break from the typical indoor gym grind. The overall vibe is serious but not intimidating. Whether you’re into MMA, boxing, or just looking to level up your fitness, it feels like a place where you can actually progress without the usual gym monotony. Solid spot if you want your workouts to feel less like a routine and more like something you look forward to.

Great gym. Wicked atmosphere. Everyone there is serious about training. Lots of outdoor space. Very motivating place to train with lots of different types of athletes including boxers, gymnasts, calisthenics, bodybuilders etc., Went there with a friend on a free trial that they offer on their website which is also very generous. They also have free parking.

Excellent gym. I enjoy doing workouts here when I'm accommodated in Dubai Marina and I especially like outside terrace during January and February. Just a little disappointed by not having rule that people must unload equipment after workout session. All other stuff 10/10

Fire place. Atmosphere fire. Machines fire. They got an outside area which is beutiful , so motivational. Many shirtless men , some should not be shirtless tho… love it. Would recomend. Pump check.

Hands down, the most expressive and vibe-filled gym I’ve ever experienced in Dubai! 🫰🏼💪 The indoor training area is absolutely perfect—cool, spacious, and super motivating with mirrors everywhere (mirror, mirror on the wall vibes 😍) and stunning views overlooking the outdoor space. But the outdoor area? It completely blew me away! The panoramic views, the dedicated crowd pushing limits, and that unbeatable energy… pure magic. The vibes are unmatched—training here feels like a lifestyle, not just a workout. Ladies, you’ll love the classy changing rooms stocked with Dyson hair straighteners (hello, post-sweat glow-up!). And after your session, grab some healthy snacks and drinks to refuel—everything is thought out so well. If you’re looking for a gym that combines top-tier facilities, incredible scenery, and real community feels, this place is it. 10/10, highly recommend! I had a great experience Training at TKMMFIT the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive and the atmosphere in the gym is very welcoming . Whether youre a beginner in martial arts the environment pushes you to improve while still feeling comfortable. The community around the gym is really motivating. Definitely a great place to train. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏽❤️

I have been training at this gym since September 2024 and the progress it has made during this time is truly impressive. The improvements in hygiene standards, overall cleanliness, service quality, diversification of offerings and strong customer orientation are clearly noticeable. Additionally, the installation of CCTV monitoring in the changing areas to enhance security and minimize the risk of theft or lost belongings demonstrates a professional approach to member safety. Very well done.

Best gym in dubai marina , Good gym machines good atmosphere and you can train inside and outside

Today was my first time @tkmmafit and it was a lovely amazing experience. The gym has a very good operational system with the most efficient, kind, sincere and hardworking receptionist named Alexa. During my phone call with Alexa, i noticed that she is very knowledgeable, giving all the needed information with all my inquiries, have patience and very professional. Meeting her in person, i can say tkmmafit has the most amazing receptionist one main reason why they have many members, very well known and popular. I also met Joshua - he was kind to help everyone in need, he makes sure the floor is tidy, clean and safe to all members. He loves what he is doing by extending his effort for a safety and clean environment during workout. TKMMAFIT has complete equipment, they are exceptional because of their huge outdoor area. It was nice to breath fresh air during workout. It feels natural and more powerful! They have 2 hours free parking. Overall, TKMMAFIT is one of the best gym in UAE. 💪😍🔥

Absolutely loved the vibe here. Great energy, clean space, and top-notch equipment. You can tell people come here to really train, not just hang out. Super motivating place. I’ll definitely be back!

Very good gym, but last week impossibly hot and music very very very very loud, I want to listen my music but even AirPods Max with noise control I hear gym music

The gym is on top of a skyscraper with an amazing view. People are extremely friendly and the vibe is great. Every Saturday is a boot camp and entry is free. I love this gym. Thanks for every training Tam Khan and TK MMA and FITNESS

Good gym except it’s missing a valuable piece of equipment that all good gyms should have which is a stepper for elevated exercises. I’m not sure they would care to even get one since they left me on read when I asked. The outdoor section of the gym is great for when the heat outside is somewhat bearable. The parking out in front can get a little hectic and the gym can get busy even on weekday morning- afternoon but the nice staff here makes up for that. I really liked the renovations and what the have done to the gym since I was here last year. It looks more clean and the colours are good

It was a really well equipped gym with an outdoor area to train also. We did MMA/Wrestling class as they have a martial arts academy also. Nice place.

Trained at TKMMAFIT with a friend and really enjoyed it! The facilities are great, especially the outdoor rooftop workout area with machines, dumbbells, and even an MMA ring. Awesome place to train.

I was looking for a good gym that can also provide MMA lessons, and to be honest there are a lot in Dubai and I know TKMMA is already famous but still I had other options the only thing that made me go for it was the level of Customer service that Ms. AVY had!!! Ask for her when signing up she will answer all your questions and doubts and make it things very smooth for you.
