Disrespectful, they don't have anyone who can speak Kurdish on phones! I waited six minutes! After I chose Arabic the girl said that she'll give the phone to a person who can speak English!!!! After two minutes they cut the call !!!!! What a shame! Any way to report such things?

Really the reception staff unfriendly , and there is no have contact number , only have a zain Telekom number , we are in Erbil and the location of TLS also in Erbil , korek telecom is general company in Erbil , most of people using korek telecom , they have to be have korek line for contact number , And there is no have on website tuck number , to checking you passport after interviews visa ,

Very disappointed from your returning service, my passport was returned to your center more than 2 weeks ago and i still did not get it back although i have paid 20$ for returning back. there is no contact number, and you are not replying to any emails. very unprofessional center. whoever sees my review, do not use their returning passport service, it's just a total scam.

If you are getting your UK Visa, unfortunately as of now this place has been closed for UK visas. It has been moved to VFS Global which I think is near to the TLS office. However, before I visited this visa application centre before for the UK and it was great and the process was smooth and service was good.

The system not working good , I try several times by myself and three agency as well still not working , I contact the center but not beneficial , and the second time if you want contact erbil center , they not pick up the phone again , I sent three email to fix the system issues but no bony reply me .

حقيقه ارى ان الحصول على موعد عن طريق القنصليه صعب جداً جداً والموظفين لا يعطوك نتيجه سوى محاوله التخلص منك باعذار وهذا دليل على عدم الخبره بالتعامل مع المراجعين ً أنا قدمت اكثر من ثلاثين مره على موعد اونلاين ولكن بدون جدوى وعندما راجعت زوجتي لأكثر من ثلاث مرات قالوآ لها الموعد عن طريق اونلاين ً لا اعرف لمن اتجه للحصول على موعد لقد وصلت إلى مرحلة اليأس علماً بأن حالتي خاصه

I have a terrible experince with TLS Erbil. I don't know where to start! I went with a reletive, they sent me out to the reception, then outside the reception, finally they said you have to go to the for no reason! they are very tough and rude! They made another mistake with another application of a fried and they said they didn't care!

I’m extremely gutted with the service provided in Erbil Branch located inside Crystal Hotel. I’m an applicant of UK visa, I chose regular self service appointment for my biometrics appointment that was on 17/2/2022. I uploaded all of my documents myself and the only thing left was to hand them my original passport and a document called “Documents Checklist”, where you tick a few boxes and write what documents you have a uploaded and tick the box next to it. I went there with the passport and printed the Checklist. They told me just to sign the last page, and I asked if I should tick other boxes and write down the documents, and she responded very rudely that I have chosen self-service. And then I was directed to the next room, where again I asked the guy there, and he again disrespectfully said “ it is the way it is” , after a few moments I asked again that if it was an assisted service would they write down the documents name on that checklist and check the tick boxes, and he was like “ it is your choice to do whatever you want to do” , then I asked for the documents back and did it my self, quickly that I forgot to mention a document . They could have just said a word, like “Yes” . That was the only response I needed, it is like you either pay or we are not happy that you are here! Last thing before I go, I asked a question about refunding of another appointment that I had, and the blonde girl was like there is no refunding! I said but it’s written in terms and conditions of your website, and she was like: even if it is written it does not mean we will refund, it is just written and that is it! She handled my concern in a very unprofessional way. The only thing I liked about was their appointment, I was there on time and they did not keep me waiting for a second, and their email reminders about my appointment and tracking my application is very practical.

I had an outstanding experience with TLS Center during my visa process. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. They guided me seamlessly through the entire process, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Unprofessional unhelpful staff , look like they scared about been punished if they help applicants A few notes for applicants. -Make sure that all files in the A4 size otherwise you have to copy it in the cafe inside the hotel that cost you 1000 IQD/paper -they don’t tell you anything about what’s important to submit that’s why make sure to bring all important documents and check before you submit

The team of TL Scontact were very cooperative and friendly The interview done exactly on time The services were very advanced and time saving , although it was much costly than any other visa that I applied in the last 15 years of my life. Their email reminder about the apointment was very nice The tracking of visa processing also sent to me by email Hope they issue the visa within reasonable time

Unfortunately, TLScontact Erbil has the worst call center. Their phone is always off and even when it is ringing no one answers. Their attitude is not professional and they always try to end the call by saying "why you are asking too many questions" while one of the customer services foundations is patience and answering the customers' inquiries! I hope you resolve this issue because it has a big impact and it gives a bad impression.
