Excellent experience with Total Energies Deira Central Motors. My car completely failed to start inside a closed parking area, and after multiple failed towing attempts, their professional TEAM arrived on-site, started the car, took it to the workshop, diagnosed the issue accurately, replaced the battery after checking the charging system, and completed the battery replacement along with periodic maintenance. What stood out most was their transparency, professionalism, and customer care throughout the entire process. They clearly explained the diagnosis and even retained the old parts to show and explain the work completed, which truly reflected their honesty and transparency. The complimentary car wash & interior cleaning before delivery was also a great touch. Highly recommended for reliable and trustworthy automotive service in Dubai.
