Absolutely amazing experience at Toyroom, Mumbai. The DJ sensed the vibe real quick and played along. Amazing song selection with quite impressive twists. The vibe here is FIRE 🔥. Crowd management is done in a very professional way and the place, though looks full, but doesnt feel crammed up completely. You’d still find ample space to dance. Washrooms are well kept and staff (service staff and bouncers) are all very professional and courteous. The drinks are pretty expensive though. Although party actually picks up after 11PM but try to get in early for free/low priced entry. I’d highly recommend this night club.

We have planned our new year here and visited and they made us wait for 3hours just to let us .We had to enter after a lot of waiting,struggle and asking the manager so many times and showing us our payment.This place has the Worst possible service i have ever seen. Very very rude staff and food is horrible. Dont even consider visiting here. They’re very likely to take your money and spoil your big days for you.

Do NOT go to this club. We visited on a Saturday night. The place was practically empty at 10:30 PM. We were standing at a high table when staff suddenly took it away and moved it near the DJ, claiming it was “reserved” — while we were still using it! When we escalated this to the manager and entry staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. No acknowledgement, no apology, no attempt to understand the issue. No free water — charged ₹250 for water Overpriced drinks — beer at ₹900-₹1000 which is still okay Insulting staff — unprofessional and inhospitable throughout We were a group of 6 and would have easily spent ₹30-40k. Instead, we left because of how badly we were treated. Avoid this place if you value basic hospitality.

Food options are very limited! Also everyone will be smoking around you as there is no separate area for smoking. Music & DJ was good!

The menu offers a selection of Asian and Italian cuisine, with an average cost of ₹3,000 for two people, including alcohol.   Overall, Toy Room Mumbai provides a distinctive and lively setting for late-night parties, making it a noteworthy spot for those seeking an upscale clubbing experience in the city.

Smaller than Dragonfly, Jw Mariott but very less passive smoking here, was not really that crowded. Good crowd management.I don't know on other days but DJ here was epic, banger mixes. Exhorbitant alcohol prices. Good club though. Vibe toh hain bahut sahi !!

We visited as a group of 3 and were charged ₹20,000 as cover charge, which felt completely unreasonable and like a loot. What was more surprising is that they don’t have an in-house kitchen — the food is brought in from another kitchen, which was not informed beforehand. The food menu lists around 10–15 items, but only 5–6 items were actually available, which was disappointing and misleading. Overall, the experience felt more like hype than value. Please think twice before visiting and clarify charges, menu availability, and facilities in advance.

Heard a lot about this place, decided to visit on a Saturday night to enjoy with my friends. The atmosphere, music, DJ was amazing, however the staff there is extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff refused to take my order stating the kitchen is closed whereas they willingly took others orders. The same person was rude throughout the evening. This was highly disappointing.

Amazing place, good vibes, we went here on Saturday night and it was amazing. Entry started around 10 pm but Party started around 11:30-45 pm. The place is not huge, the bar counter is in the middle. Party goes till 3-4 am. You can watch a teddy dancing on bar counter two-three times which brings energy to all the people nearby and is a unique experience watching a teddy dance.

The worst management and staff. They loot hell outta your pockets just to make you feel like beggar. We literally begged to get inside with almost a stampede situation outside as well as inside the club. The female staff does not have the best attitude towards you rather they would look at you with disgust. Bigggg pooper for me tbh, the vibe got killed. They keep on filling unless the whole place brims with people with not an inch to step. You’ll have to struggle even to raise your hands to dance. Very very poor management and very poor attitude. Could not even afford food even after throwing several thousands. This is sheer scam and fraud.

I recently visited Toy Room and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, making the venue extremely hot and uncomfortable — it was hard to enjoy the night in that kind of heat. We were given a small table tucked away in a corner, which made it difficult to feel part of the atmosphere. The club was also overly crowded, adding to the discomfort. Another major issue was the smoke inside people were smoking freely inside the club, and the ventilation was poor. The entire space was filled with smoke, which made it even harder to breathe and enjoy the night. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and improvements are definitely needed in terms of comfort, crowd management, and enforcement of basic rules

Worst experience ever, had to wait 4 hrs on the queue to get entry inside even we had pre booked with 10k cover charge. The crowd inside the club 10x then the capacity of the club. Management sucked like anything.

Amazing Night Out! Had such a great time at this dance club! The drinks were perfectly mixed. 🍹 The DJ kept the energy high all night with a killer playlist – every track was on point! 🎧🔥 Definitely a place I’d come back to again. 🎶💃 The cover charges was 4000 for two girls. I entered in club very late so not sure about the food because they stopped serving food by 12am and were only serving drinks. Perfect spot for a night out with friends!

Just name sake nothing else about the hype created food was not at all upto mark for the rates they charge and service was bad it was as if all customers are taken for granted they charge compulsory service charge and above that service not upto mark music was damn boring not as expected of such a big name ac was either switched off or not working properly it was too hot and filled of smoke the food menu they show in waiters mobile but not show u rates drinks were ok ok but over priced for the location had gone after hearing soo much hype but not upto expectations and such a big 5star hotel they charge u even for parking total loot

I love this place. Good music and and you can enjoying your drink while standing watching people dance even if you are jot the dancer types. Specially a Teddy dancing on the counter.. that was my fan moment. You may run into few stars and can have your fan moment as well.

The absolute worst experience!! After being inside for about 5 minutes they told everyone they had to leave at 130am when they advertised being opened until 3am. Dont waste your time, especially if you’re from out of country.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a club — Toy Room Mumbai truly disappointed. From the moment we walked in, it was a mess. The AC was barely working — it felt like a sauna inside. On top of that, the place was so smoky it was genuinely hard to breathe. I usually try to enjoy the vibe and ignore minor issues, but this was just too much. The DJ was a total letdown — poor music selection, zero energy, and sloppy transitions. We came expecting a great night, but the atmosphere was flat and chaotic. What really surprised me was how extremely overpriced the food and drinks were — and for what? Barely 4 vegetarian options on the entire menu. For the kind of money they charge, I expected way more in terms of quality and variety. Worst of all, the management didn’t seem to care. No one was responsive, and basic hospitality was missing completely. Would not recommend Toy Room Mumbai unless they seriously overhaul their service, setup, and attitude.

I visited the Toy Room land did not have a great time overall. The DJ's music selection was okayish but the biggest turn off was the floor staff & the staff behind the bar. The bar service was very slow, moreover they were asking for card even before asking for what we wanted. Even after calling them 100000000 times paid no attention Additionally, there is no room for dancing. The couch & tables are the only areas where there was little space. But the staff is busy pushing the people away from that area - that was very disrespectful. Even those people came to dance. Talking about food....not that great. Price - unreasonablly costly, beverages| water| food etc. To improve the experience, I suggest considering a more efficient staff or at least groom the staff with mannerisms. Limit the entry. There is no place to dance or move at all. Also, increase the frequency of restroom cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference. The good thing was the teddy Frank ... The poor thing had put a lot of effort into engaging the crowd I may not go again .. it's disappointing after spending so much, the place has no place.

Extremely disappointing experience at Toy Room Mumbai — wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent night out. We had booked a private table(Pacha 2), but there was absolutely nothing private about it. The layout of the club is terribly planned — our table was tucked into a dark corner with barely any visibility of the stage or dance floor. It honestly felt like we were sitting in a blacked-out storeroom. There was zero lighting reaching the tables — we literally had to use our phone flashlights to read the menu. On top of that, the ceiling height above our table was shockingly low — maybe around 7 feet — making the space feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable. It was hot and smoky inside, with the AC barely working. Breathing was a challenge, and within minutes, we all felt like stepping out. The DJ was a total letdown — no energy, no proper flow in the music. The entire vibe felt flat and uninviting. Food and drinks were overpriced, and the quality didn’t match the cost at all. It felt like everything was marked up for no reason. As for the staff and management — completely unresponsive. There was no control over the crowd, and people kept walking into our area without anyone managing it. Toy Room Mumbai might have a big name, but the actual experience was a disaster. Total waste of money.

Not worth the hype — Toy Room Mumbai needs serious improvement. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one is necessary. The moment we entered, the heat hit us — the AC was barely working. It was overcrowded and so smoky that breathing became uncomfortable within minutes. We tried to make the most of it, but the DJ completely killed the vibe. The music was flat, transitions were all over the place, and there was no real energy on the floor. Tried ordering food and drinks, only to find the prices absurdly high. And for vegetarians? Barely 4 options on the menu — none of which were impressive. What really ruined it was the staff and management. No coordination, no courtesy, and no willingness to address any of the issues we pointed out. Overall, Toy Room Mumbai felt like a flashy name with zero substance. Definitely not going back, and wouldn’t recommend unless they completely rethink their approach.
