don't visit this shop. it is total waste of money. bought a remote controlled car for 350 AED, it works for 2 weeks only (actually my kid just played with it 2 times) then stopped going left and right. Visited the shop tonight, they simply say that we cant repair or return as it has no warranty. i bought it for 350 aed, should i throught it away?! they don't bother. Very disappointing big toys shop in uae and ver bad customer service!!!!!

There were 2 toy shops close to each other, and I found toys 4you store to be more budget friendly. They have decent collection of toys and bicycles. The staff were very helpful and even gave me some discount without asking.

I live in the UK and placed an order to be delivered directly to my son’s home address in Dubai. My experience with the store was 5🌟. I was reassured when I asked for support as my payment was pending in my bank and the item was still in my online cart. It was explained that this is normal. I was asked if I’d like the item gift wrapped for delivery and a greetings message was also included. The employees I dealt with were all most helpful. The item was successfully delivered for my granddaughters Christmas gift. Thank you ! 🤩

I was here with my dad to buy something then some guy who wanted to buy a quad for his child came then the staff kept on forcing him to buy it so my dad put out the flaws of the quad and the brakes just wouldn’t work because they were tight so we warned the dad who wanted to buy the quad for the child about the brakes so after he left 3 staff members came up to my dad and said ''why did you turn away an interested customer'' and after that there was a heated argument then we left THANKYOU IF THIS HELPED

I purchased a remote-controlled car, but it stopped working the very next day. When I took it back to the shop, they told me it’s a Chinese product and that they’re not responsible once the item is purchased and taken out of the shop. Before buying it, when I asked for a discount, they claimed it was a premium brand like Ferrari or BMW. But after the purchase, when there was an issue, they dismissed it as just a Chinese product. I've never experienced such poor customer service. They were rude to customers. This was a very bad experience for me. Also the price is too high.

They are unprofessional and there is one item on their website 6 pieces, but there is none in the store, and if you ask them we have not updated the website also they dont answered in the phone.

The shop is nice and the stuff are nice too But the worse thing is a guy his name is itihad He supposed to be the manager but he have Zero customer service experience He is blaming the sales man for giving 20dirhams discount after buying with 800 dirhams All stuff are ok but this guy is very Ruud If you are going there avoid talking to him as he is not a polite person This is new comment now : after one day only from my purchase the new bicycle I bought got damaged as it was very bad quality and as they responded I returned it back and they said to me that they have only this brand and all customers are returning because of same damage the tiers got damaged and broken , and yes they returned my money and then I bought for the same price original BMX bicycle from the next shop called Naseem Al Bahar toys trading, I highly advise buying from them as I remember buying 8 years ago from them bicycles and they are still good only tyre needed to be replaced after 8 years not one day .

The badest experience they are rude they shout and the bike and everything is bad quality and if u can give them 0star I will give them and they over the price and take the money And plus they are so rude that if u tell them so expensive they tell u don’t buy or if u tell them the things are bad quality they tell u why u buy from here

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE Two weeks ago I bought an item online from then. They deducted the money from my account instantly. The next day they contacted me via WhatsApp saying the item was not available but a new delivery was on its way in 1 week. Since then, I was told multiple times that the item would arrive the next day but of course it didn't. Numerous attempts to speak to a manager were ignored and when I asked for my money back, I was not given a secure way for refund (they asked me to send my bank details via WhatsApp after they send me another customers complete bank details by mistake). Not only have they falsely advertised items they don't have, but they have also refused to refund my money in a safe manner, not to mention the poor customer service.

The worst experience ever… when I asked for a discount to Ms tisha ( Filipino in the counter ) told me she cannot give in a rude way, when I told that this is why we are not coming here she told me no problem. Management team… if these kind of attitude people you are deputing it will certainly spoil your business.I will definitely communicate this to all my network to avoid such situation. Believe me this was my first experience in my whole life. You can get at least 30 percent of on next or near by shops, so please avoid this shop. What a reply team…. Simply 48 dirhams!!! 48 is so simple for you and your team, but it’s a matter to others!!! Mainly I didn’t demanded 30 percent discount I have just asked Any discount possible? That’s it! Then you can just check the price and the discount next to your store. If we check all others review we can understand your team’s strategy about handling the reviews. NO COURTESY OR NO APOLOGY, WHAT A SERVICE !
