I know this place from last 5 years, Products and price are good.Owner is such a Gentlemen. But i recently visit this place.Staff (Front Executive ) have no manner how to deal , I have purchased 3 products, one of the product was damaged, I came back to give them feedback.. But he is not ready to listen anything, I said him that I'm not looking for refund and exchange. But he is not ready to listen anything,Infact he is keep blaming that it's your fault. Atleast listen the issue, as I am not asking for the refund,then why such rude behaviour and body language,Instead of rude he can simple tell us that we have no exchange and refund policy and thanks for the feedback.. That's it.. Spoiled my Day. I'LL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.
