I had a disappointing experience with ToyZone. The product quality was far below expectations, items felt cheaply made. To make things worse, their customer service was unresponsive. I reached out multiple times regarding the issue and received no timely reply. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I never felt like my concerns were being taken seriously. On top of all this, the prices are quite high considering the low quality of the products and poor service. I would not recommend ToyZone and will not be purchasing from them again. fake product mostly

I'm extremely disappointed with the baby rompers I received from toyzone. The quality is very poor. The fabric is thin and cheap-feeling. I ordered the 6-9 month size for my baby, but it fits more like a 1-3 month size. and the customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive. I've been trying to contact toyzone's customer service for hours, but no one picks up the phone. I've called multiple times, but no response. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a pokeman toy worth 8500PKR , and this is what they sent a third class toy book for baby. I need my money backdonot i repeat donot fall into their fancy website and positive reviews.

I love Collecting different Die-cast Models , it's been 2 Years i am buying different sort of Model cars from Toyzone, they never Disappoint me as they sent what i asked for & what they advertise, i never wrote anything about them in Spam of these years, but this time around i felt i have to write something about them, I think i am their silent customer who never ask too much questions , i just Place my order for what i want and they deliver it very next day, Reason behind this story as below...... This time they gave me chance to test their customer support too and i found them as one of the best customer support i came across, Guy i spoke too was such a Gem of Guy who listened me as Elder Brother, His Name was Adil & Words were " Sir you don't have to worry about this and i do apologize for this Damage, it might happen while Shipping, so i'll make sure you get the new one, I didn't expect as i'll get the new one, But very next day Rider gave me a call said here is your Parcel without any Shipping Charges from Toyzone, at that time i decided to write so my Personal suggestion is You Guys Rock and thanks for keep on fulfilling my Wish list =) Highly Recommendable

Edit: (order number: 1361348). Have already provided it a few times. Absolutely horrible quality and service. Requested expedited delivery which they did not entertain. The delivery took more than 10 days although their outlet is in the same city. I had to give them repeated reminders that I have still not received the product. Then when it finally shipped after a long delay, it was the wrong product and I was amazed at the poor quality of the toy. It looked 2nd hand, dirty and was clearly damaged. Since then I have reminded them thrice over the past 10+ days that I either need a refund or the correct order and all they say is we have sent it to the complaint department. Never ordering from them ever again.

I ordered two toys from their website. The quality if the toys was way below the price. They replaced the faulty toy but after a lot of communication. Not a suitable place to order online. No value of customer's time. Prices are three times what is actually available in the market. Thus giving the impression that may be the quality would be better. But the quality was so poor. It would have taken far less time to go into the shop and buy the toys there.

I ordered a Monster truck from them and there was a battery missing in the package but Toyzone support was very helpful and they immediately delivered the missing battery to me. Will surely recommend them. thanks again

Poor quality, over priced and Horrible customer service. The items sent are VERY different from the pictures online. It's a scam.

Do not ever buy from this place, their products are way too low in quality as compared to one they show you online, totally waste of money from buying this store, they refuse to refund their low quality and high priced toys. Its better to buy from physical shops. Highly not recommended.
