اشترينا سيارة دوج رام وكانت التجربة سيئة جداً بكل معنى الكلمة. تعرضنا لغش تجاري واضح وصريح، حيث استلمنا السيارة وهي مليئة بالأعطال، منها: • تم صبغ باب السيارة لإخفاء خدش سابق. • القير كان خربان. • وجود أجهزة موصلة بكهرباء السيارة بطريقة غير نظامية. تقدمنا بطلب استبدال السيارة منذ ثلاثة أشهر، وحتى الآن لم نستلم أي سيارة بديلة. الخدمة سيئة جداً، والمماطلة غير مقبولة إطلاقاً. لن تستلم سيارتك في وقت معقول إذا تعاملت معهم.
